The service I recieved was Amazing!!! I dropped off my car at 10 am and it was finished a little after 2 pm (To repair the window). They worked hard to keep the cost low and the service I recieved was exemplary. It's the second time I've brought my car to them and I would not hesistate to do it again.

I am from Los Angeles and was visiting a friend in the vancouver area. I happened to notice my car had some odd spots on it after the long drive so I took it into this shop and spoke to a very nice guy named Rishi. He had a look at it and advised me the spots may have been from freshly paved roads and thankfully he advised me that I would not have to repaint my bumper.... It was a saturday and there were no mechanics working but he took my car to the back and 15 mins later the black spots were gone! Best of all was that he didn't charge me anything!!! I didnt think this kind of service existed anymore.

Excellent Service !!!! This is my 2nd visit to this location mainly due to the fact of the first class service provide by the staff. (especially the manager Rishi) He goes out of his way to provide exceptional service and does not overlook any details. I dropped my Range Rover for a new windshield not knowing exactly what to expect and it was simpler than I thought thanks to Rishi and his team. Not only did i get a factory windshield but my truck looked brand new when Rishi personally brought it back to my home as part of his valet service. Thanks to Rishi and his staff for a job well done. My friends and family will hear about this for sure.

Informative and welcoming staff, excellent service to meet customer needs. I had very good experience to have my car repaired with this shop. I recommend this body shop to everyone. Robin Soni is very nice person; I still remember that many years ago, even if I did not have anything to repair and went to the body shop and asked him question, he gave me sound advice.

I have dealt with your shop twice now this year. Once for a large repair after hitting a deer on my way to work, and a second time for a more minor cosmetic repair. I am very happy with the service I received, both from Wendy Sanderson at the front desk who made a stressful situation much easier to deal with - and also the excellent work done by the people in the shop. I only know one of their names, Chris, but they all seemed genuinely interested in making things right for me. I am impressed. Thank you.

WOW!! I can't say enough about my experience at Boyd Autobody in Victoria. My car's front end was a write-off when it was towed to their facility. 10 days later, I had it back looking like new, as well as having been thoroughly detailed inside and out. All the while, I had use of one of their Toyota loaners which was handy and fuel efficient. Everyone (and I do mean that literally) from Michelle in the front office to the office manager to the body repairmen were the BEST I have ever had when having my car repaired ANYWHERE. All the paperwork btn ICBC and them was seamless and ALWAYS ready for review with a smile and a personal touch; the manager took the time to explain the engineering behind car panel manufacturing, crash testing and collision repair; the repair technician took the time to talk about the new paint and some invaluable ... read more
