I brought my 2011 VW Golf GTI to Rishi Bakshi at Boyd Autobody for some repairs and body work. I was impressed with his overall knowledge and customer service skills. The body work was done in an accurate and timely manner while updates were given to me on a regular basis. I was impressed with Rishis atttention to detail as well as his ability to make this bad situation as comfrotable as possible. I was also given valet service as I was unable to pick my car up when the repairs were finished due to work. I would recommend Rishi to all my freinds and family as I was extremely impressed with the overall quality of work as well and his interpersonal skills made the situation much more comfortable.

The work and staff were great, took a little longer to finish because the parts were a problem but I am glad they made sure everything fitted correctly. I have had work done elsewhere that did not care about the fit enough and it showed. Recently, I had purchased a KIA Sedona and, while parking the car, it was scratched. I brought my car back to the dealership believing that it would be covered under the extended warranty but was told that it, in fact, was not. They offered to provide someone to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix the vehicle. Shortly thereafter, I met Rishi Bakshi from Boyd Richmond who took a look at the damage for me. While he could have easily followed the lead of the KIA dealership and offer me a quote, he was very honest and told me that the damage was so slight and that it would take no longer than 15 minutes to fix. He offered not to charge me for the work and we set up a time for me to bring the car in. As promised, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and was quite happy with the job done. Comparing my expereince dealing ... with Rishi versus that with the representative at KIA, it was refreshing to have someone who was flexible, friendly, and smart enough to see a situation for what it really was. In the competitive consumer atmosphere of today, customer service is paramount to gaining and retaining customers. People like Rishi are an asset for any company. Even though, the repair on this occasion was complimentary; the good will from this experience will certainly remind me to think of Boyd first if any of my vehicles need glass or bodywork done in the future--not to mention a hearty recommendation to friends and family who may need work done on their cars.. read more

Excellent and timely service from my first inquiry to making appointment and finally picking up my repaired vehicle - no waiting and car was ready when promised. Replacement sunroof, minor roof damage and leather interior repair was perfect - now I cannot tell there was any damage. Car thoroughly cleaned and all remaining glass pieces removed. I will recommend Boyd to anyone needing glass and/or collision repair. Thank you

This was my third occasion to use this auto body shop and just like the two other occasions, I can only give the staff there maximum marks in every category of consumer service and satisfaction. They are very friendly and helpful and make the entire exercise of having your vehicle repaired as painless as possible. And to top it all off, their work is simply first class. In sum, Boyd Auitobody & Glass on Sooke Road, is a class act of very competent and consumer sensitive employees.

Dear Boyd Autobody, I just want to let you know about the stellar service I received from two of your staff at your 951 Henderson Highway location, Winnipeg, this past September 24, 2012. On that day, I dropped in without an appointment at 7:30 a.m. to see if I could get my driver’s side window fixed which was damaged in an aborted break in to my car the day before. Bob Huff (Location Manager) welcomed me and fit me into the day’s schedule, and assured me that the damage would be fixed. I want to thank him for his prompt attention to my situation and going out of the way to get my work done that day. When I returned to pick up my car at 5:45p.m., the work was complete and David Jackson (CSR Estimator) was with another client. He assured me that he would complete my paperwork as soon as he was finished with the other client. I want to ... thank David for staying after business hours to complete my paperwork and ensure that both my car and I were good to go upon completion.
