Being a very picky person, I have absolutely no complaints, as a matter of fact my 8 year old vehicle looks like it just came off the lot. I just want to thank you for a job well done. i took my car in on a Tuesday and it was done on the Wednesday. To top it all off my was detailed, which i certainly did not expect. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw my vehicle. The damage was fixed to perfection, at least it looked that wayto me. The staff was so very understanding as i had been driving for 55 years and never had an accident so i was very new at what i should do. the car was fixed properly,and looks like brand new. They also fixed the scratches on my hood lid. In addition, the final bill is less than I expected.. I am very pleased with your service. consequently, i planned to arrange an appointment to fix my 1983 Buick LaSabre in the coming weeks.Matt is very helpful and courteous. Thank you Boyd!

I can't say enough about Rishi and the crew at Boyd in Richmond. We bought our very first brand new car after 40+ years of driving and after only 365 k's driven we were rear ended. We had Boyd do the repairs due to the fact that they promised us that they would be all original Kia parts...no aftermarket ones. Being so new, parts were not readily available and some had to be ordered in from the factory. During that time there was very good communication in letting us know the progress of our vehicle. A few days after the repairs were completed, I noticed a slight flaw in the uphoulstry in the cargo compartment. I called Rishi and he said to bring it in at any time and they would see if we needed to make an appointment. I went in and they had a technician have a quick look and the fix was made in a matter of minutes. While I was waiting, I ... told Rishi about a problem I was having with Kia and their hesitance to replace a door decal that was damaged. (A case we are still not finished with Kia) He had a look and agreed with me that the damage was not due to anything we had done, but something wrong from the original installation. He was kind enough to order the new decal and replace it free of charge. They say the best advertising is 'word of mouth' , well the repair was just done last week and I bet I've told a dozen people about it, and there will definitely be more.
