My truck had recently been side swiped by a shopping cart which left a considerably mark along the side of my truck I just drove into the Boyd locationon Scurfield looking for some advice or an estimate for my truck. Greg Bodnarchuk was super helpful and courteous. He said he would have one of his technicians take a look which shoudn't take to long. Greg was back in less than 10 min with my truck looking good as new. The best part is I wasn't charged. Thanks for fast service Greg. If I ever have an accident i'll be going to Boyd.

The staff was friendly they took the time to call in and give me a progress report on the work being done on my car. They were willing to stay late in order for me to pickup my car after work. I would like to thank Boyd's Richmond for getting me my Jeep Liberty back together. I was in an accident and my car was with them for 18 days! Matt was awesome to deal with! He always took the time to keep me informed of how and where my car was in the system. I am in the customer service industry as well and know how important it is to keep my customers in the loop. My Jeep came back cleaner than when they got it, which is most appreciated! I would not hesitate to recomend this Boyd's to anyone! Great job!

i locked my keys in my car, and when i called boyd they sent out someone to get them out and it was complimentry!!! i will be a long time customer, super impressed everytime i go.

I was so pleased that after my first collision -EVER - Family Insurance directed me to Boyd on Bridgeport here in Richmond. The service from Matt Brooks, estimator, and Carmen Thompson, Customer Service Rep. were top-notch. Their helpfulness and friendliness really helped me through my (small) ordeal. Matt seems to have taken extra care to ensure that my car looked better than new. Carmen walked me through the invoice, and I was very happily then on my way. I had my vehicle repaired at the location close to West edmonton Mall. Right from the beginning, the service was out standing. A great greeting as I walked into the shop and through out the whole process. It was my brothers truck and I had no Idea about what needed to be done, and the process of repairs, prep, paint and also included a free detail. I was shocked at an office full of women, but made for great conversation :) Repairs look great and i would most def come back and recommend repairs to friends.
