"To those in charge I unfortunately had the need to visit this particular Boyd location twice recently. Normally such visits are not pleasant experiences and usually are hell on one's pocketbook. Not so with this location. Wendy and the two Chris' did everything in their power to ensure that I was given an exact, fair quote, provided with a "loaner"-which was ready to go when I arrived- and all delivered with empathy and smiles on their faces. Little things like the required paperwork being on the counter ready for signature when you arrive exhibit their detailed attention to service! If there is a better Boyd shop in the country I would be startled. These exemplary people provided me service above and beyond what one normally finds in todays service sector and I would and will recommend them to one and all who will listen! ... Kudos to them! We were extremely impressed with the fast and efficient service at the Richmond location. From the first phone call to inquire about services to the time we picked up our car, we received excellent service. All of the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. You also can't beat the lifetime warranty! If we are unfortunate enough to need their services again, we will definitely be back. We highly recommend this location of Boyd.

I went in the other day just to get an estimate on a broken side mirror and the estimator noticed I had a fairly noticeable dent on the side of my car. This dent which I have had for a good half year now and thought would cost me a fortune. He told me he could maybe save me a few hundred dollars and went back to get the suction. What do you know, he suctioned it twice and there is barely a dent anymore. I was so happy he was willing to do it for free and kept thanking him. Thanks Scurfield Boyd!

I have had 3 repairs done at Boyd on John st it has been very professional and the repairs have been exceptionally well done. The office staff (Michelle ) is highly professional and exceptionally knowledgable making an unpleasant task easy and non stressful. The car was return very clean and nothing was over looked to make it look like show room condition when i picked it up. The estimator Glenn check all details to make sure it was done to perfection. "I was extremely pleased by the wonderful service that I received from Robin Soni, on Saturday, June 23rd, 2012. I realized that the office was closed on Saturday, but sent an email to Boyd's to inform them of my problem, and that my car was towed away by Busters before I had an opportunity to collect several things from my vehicle. I was NOT comfortable with it being towed to a storage lot. I reported this and all the details in my email. To my surprise a few minutes later I received a call from Robin, who graciously made arrangements to pick up my vehicle and move it for safe keeping to Boyd's location. Being on a Saturday, on short notice, I was relieved and thankful to receive this "above and beyond" service. We are new to Vancouver, having moved from Calgary, so I was not familiar with local arrangements, AND this is ... the very first claim I have ever had. THANK YOU ROBIN, AND THANK YOU BOYD'S. Good afternoon: I had to email to say a HUGE thank you to the team at Boyd Autobody on King Edward St. in Winnipeg. After a sleepless night and lots of nerves I had taken my son for his Driver’s License road test directly across the street from Boyd’s. We had the very first appointment at 7:45am. I wondered why my son and examiner were coming back in to get me - and then I was sadly informed my brake lights were not coming on. (To be honest - I am in the first few months of a divorce and I had no idea what to even do about the lights as my husband had dealt with the cars.) One of the MPI inspectors suggested I drive across to Boyd’s and ask if they had any idea if it was just bulbs or wiring? My poor son was devastated to lose his Test time as we had booked it 8 weeks previous. We drove to Boyd’s and I believe we talked to the Manager (as ... he had the main office). He immediately instilled some calm by saying he’d take a look - and sure enough it was a brake switch. I called my dealership and they could not/would not install the switch without an appointment and a full checkup - but Boyd’s said if I could get the switch - they would install it for me today. So after a very stressful morning of feeling like I had really let my son down, it ended with the great guys at Boyd’s not only saving the day - but would not accept payment for the work. They wished my son good luck, which was really incredible for people who don’t even know us. I can’t thank you enough for being so caring and realizing the need right at the right time. We had to re-book the driving test for Friday - so here’s hoping he makes it. You have just landed a couple new customers, and we will be telling everyone I know about this random act of kindness! Operations Manager and staff was very friendly and very co-operative. Great Service and knew what the procedures for doing our collision claim. If there was a problem with the paint work and we were not satisfied. They took our car and re-do in a very reasonable time schedule. Not bad at all. Did our work in a very timely matter. Thanks and I would recommend their service.
