I was in a jam and needed my rear breaks done, he was kind enough to point me in the right direction. I ended up saving a ton of money from him doing so! My wife and I were very pleased with the overall service from the Operations Manager, Richie Bakshi. This was our first time dealing with Boyd, and it came after a very good recommendation from my friends and family who have dealt with Richie in the past at Boyd Autobody. I was away on my honeymoon and left the car with Richie. I was very happy with his professionalism. As per my request, he emailed me updates on the progress of the vehicle which gave me and my wife a peace of mind. Furthermore, it was ready to be picked up the day that we returned from our holiday. Because of my experience in dealing with Richie, and the quality and service we received from the staff, we are going to come back in the future for all collision and glass repair.

On Friday,June 15,2012 I was going out to the lake with my labrador retriever, Cooper. It was a very warm and humid day and everything was going just fine. I stopped at the Domo gas bar across the parking lot from your shop on Henderson to fill up. When I came out after paying, my key would not turn in my ignition. I tried several things to no avail so I went to your shop(I had had some body work done there before) and asked if maybe they could help me. Bob Huff, the manager, sent out one of his staff to see if he could help. No such luck and over the course of the time he was trying different things, other staff members including Bob came out to see if they could help. Now its almost time for the shop to close and everyone was anxious to start their weekend but they kept trying different things. It was decided that they would push my van ... into their shop for the weekend and see what they could do on Monday. This way my vehicle was safe and in very good hands. The fellows had to take the gears apart so they could put it into neutral in order to push the van. On Monday, I called Bob and he said the only thing that could be done was to replace the lock so I agreed and asked him if he could look after it. He told me not to worry and he would call back with an estimate which he did within a few minutes. I gave him the go ahead and on Tuesday morning Bob phoned me and told me the van was ready to go and not only that, the price was less than I expected. :D Anyway, to make a long story short(too late now ;) ) I just wanted everyone to know how much I appreciated what Bob and his staff did for me. They went above and beyond to help me out and they should be recognized for everything they did. What a great group of guys you have working there!. I have been telling everyone about it but I wanted the Boyd Group to know just how wonderful their staff is at the Henderson Highway shop. Thanks again fellows. Dorothy read more

Boyd provided excellent service, they accommodated me before their opening hours, got me in for an appointment right away, transferred over my files to a location that was convenient for me, and even cleaned out my car! That was by far the best part :) I would for sure go back to Boyd for any repair work.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil/filter change yesterday and needed to have the front passenger-side door assessed for possible repair. I was informed that I might obtain an assessment from Boyd Autobody & glass nextdoor. Without any hesitation, Mr. Robin Soni -Operations Manager - came over to assess matters and upon completion of the servicing brought my car over to his shop for a closer look. The situtation was fixed forthwith and the vehicle washed - all without charge! All of which is to say that it is most gratifying to see that there are still a few companies who actually regard their customers as coming first.
