Jeff was nice enough to touch up a rather large unsightly scratch on the left back fender, and have the technician remove a small dent from the front bumper at no extra charge to me. Keep up the good work.

I received exceptional service from Boyd Autobody. They were helpful. They were thorough and efficient. They organized a rental car for me. My new bumper looks amazing. My car was cleaned better then I could ever do. The staff went beyond normal customer satisfaction. I wish they also provided regular car maintenance because I would not hesitate to go to them. They provide wonderful pain free service.

I really enjoy this location, as soon as you walk through the door, you get a very friendly welcome. My second time was good as the first time. When sitting in there little office I always have a great conversation with them while they do there work, there like my new family. when my insurance company asked where I would like to go and my first response was Boyd's on Edmonton trail. I was also very surprised on how fast I got my car back, as they told me it would be a 3 day job, then they call me the very next day to say my car was fixed and I could pick it up any time. I did not expect that at all, it was a great surprise. Every time I need body work done on my car I will continue to go right to them thanks Jim, Andrew, and the wonderful lady at the door ( I cannot remember her name :( )

I have never used your company before for any servicing at all, and was recommened by the person at Family Insurance when placing my claim with them. She had given me a few names of places in my area, and since yours was so close to where I work, Vancouver Airport, I decided to use you. I was very pleased when I picked my car up today after work, the repairs look good, the service was great, the Enterprise car rental was very convenient, and quick and easy to use, and to top it all off my car had been vacummed and washed! What a nice surprise that was, I thank you for your consideration, I do admit I was a little concerned at first, due to the fact I hadnt been there before, but it was excellent. Once again I came to Boyd and received excellent service. I believe the managers name is Rishi and he went over and explained all the changes that needed to be made to fix the damages on my truck. I was told that my truck would be ready for the Monday but they finished well before that and were able to give me the truck on the Friday before that Monday. I will be "wreck-ommending" Boyd Richmond to anyone that I know that needs repairs on their vehicles.

We had some rock chips denting the hood/windshield of our car, and we decided to take it in to the Richmond Boyd earlier this week. We spoke with Rishi Bakshi, who was very helpful and not only fixed the rockchips free of charge, but even threw in a full car wash and cleaned the inside of the car too, also free. I was very impressed by the service and the cleaning staff were also very nice and thorough. This was a much better customer service experience than going to the dealership, and I will be sure to come by again. Thanks again.

Dear Manager, I just wanted to pass on a word of praise concerning one of your employees - I believe her name was Melissa (young with blonde hair). I was a customer at your location today for a simple service of filling a chipped windshield. I left my vehicle for the day, and when I was called to come pick up the vehicle around mid-afternoon, I was informed that the work could not be done for a certain reason. I did not accept the reason given, and had considered it to be a miscommunication. I made my dissatisfaction known, From that moment onward I was somewhat perturbed and was frankly an upset customer. However, upon my arrival, I was greeted by Melissa who had - since the phone call - taken it upon herself to re-examine my windshield, and have the technician stay late and perform the service I had requested. I have been here a couple times before to have repairs done on my car and the service has always been wonderful. My car has been fixed in good time and the customer service has been friendly and professional.
