"Katherine, A friend of mine (Derek Tallon) passed on a WOW by your team that I wanted to share with you.... Derek's daughter, Cali (sp?) recently had her car vandalized (spray painted). She went to MPI who gave her a claim...but told her that a bodyshop may be able to take the spray paint off at a lower cost that her deductible. She went to Boyd Dudley and met our painter who was outside on break. After she told him (and showed him) her problem, he went inside...got some solvent...and in a few minutes was able to remove all the spray paint. She thanked him and asked "how much"...to which he replied "no charge....just tell all your friends and family to bring their damaged cars to Boyd". I had service done to repair hit and run damage on my bumper. My experience was most enjoyable at this location. The staff were very helpful and enthusiastic; they took pride in their work. My vehicle was returned to me in better condition then when I dropped my vehicle off (the inside was vaccumed and the exterior washed... X2 due a bird that decided to drop a duece on my vehicle just before pick up). The staff attended to all issues that I addressed and they went above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction. I will be using boyd again if I ever have to, specifically this location.

I was very impressed and happy with the service received right from the moment I stepped into the centre. I very much appreciated the use of the courtesy car while mine was being repaired. I was also extremely impressed with the calls from David updating me on the status of the repairs to my vehicle and was so pleased when I picked it up yesterday to find it in immaculate condition inside and out. This is my second time using this Boyd Autobody centre and on both occasions I was very pleased with the work and service provided. Thank you to all.

My sister took her borrowed RV into the Boyd location on john street. the RV had a scratch down the side that required buffing out. in a short time the staff had the scratch buffed out AT NO CHARGE. Thank you to the john street location for taking care of my sister's scratch. I highly recommend this Boyd location for the professional service with quality results.

BECAUSE OF ALL THE CRAZY DRIVERS ON THE ROAD I HAVE FOUND MYSELF AT THE West 73rd Avenue REPAIR SHOP A FEW TIMES IN THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD AYTHING LESS THAN POLITE, HELPFUL, CARING, ENTHUSIASTIC, FRIENDLY AND SINCERE EMPLOYEES LOOK AFTER ME.....AND MY CAR. BOTH OF US ARE VERY HAPPY!!! The entire team at Boyd provided great service, and I want to give a special thanks to Rishi- I arrived to pick up my car close to closing, and when I was about to drive the courtesy car back, which would have taken me at least half an hour in traffic (taking into account the paperwork at enterprise and return trip), he offered to simply have the car taken care of for me the next business business day and let me get on my way! It's service like this that makes you stand out, and I've already recommended the shop to a colleague who needs repairs.

"My Feedback is actually in response to a warranty repair that was conducted June 4 - 7. Approximately 2 and a half years ago, I had my Mazda 3 repaired at Boyd through my insurance. 2 years later I noticed that the paint had started to flake off of the front of the car where the majority of the repair had taken place. I brought my vehicle to the same Boyd I had gotten it repaired to see if it was covered by the warranty. I have had many experiences in the past with warranties having "fine print" or time limits on them. So when I came in, I was ready for a fight. The exact opposite happened. I was greeted by the Manager, Jim Audette, and he proceeded to take a look at my vehicle in a very timely manner. (less than a 2 minute wait) And I understand that it was a very busy time for them which makes it even more impressive. ... Immediately upon inspection he replied that the flaking was absolutely not supposed to happen and that it was covered under the lifetime warranty. It was a great relief to me as I wasn't in a position to drop money on the repair. I spoke with him also about the fact that I work in aviation and am on call a lot and would require a rental. Jim assured me that this would be no problem. We proceeded with booking and I was told it would take about month to get the car in. This was understandable being how busy they were. Also, I understood that this way it would eliminate how long the car was away from me. A month later I took the car in and was literally picked up by enterprise in 3 minutes and brought over to their facility. From the time I dropped the car off to when I was in the rental headed to work, I bet less than 25 minutes had gone by. A big Kudos! The repair took exactly as long as anticipated and when I received my car back, it looked fantastic. They cleaned the inside and outside and had it sparkling. What I would like to point out is that this repair was done on warranty and they were receiving no additional money. They went the extra mile to make the process seamless and I was extremely pleased with the service of all of the staff there. This could have been a bad experience being that the original repair didn't go as planned but in the end, I will definitely will be coming back if I need anything done to my vehicles in the future. I visited the richmond location and I was helped by the manager ( richy). Great service, I have a rangerover that had some dings and scatches. I was expecting to be out of pocket but left pleasantly surprised with the scratches polished out and truck looking new after the wash. Thanks for the savings, I will defininately be back.

I took my 2006 Infiniti m45 to Boyd Autobody because a friend recommended it to me and told me to make sure to speak to Rishi Bakshi as he is the manager there. I went there and will deffinitely go back for any body repairs I require in the future. Rishi was great! He made sure to inform me about the process and made sure that my car was taken care of. I asked him to phone and me and provide me with any updates or changes and he called me promptly with updates. My car was fixed and looked brand new, there was no signs that it had been in an accident at all. He conducted himself in an extremely professional manner and I will deffinitely be recommending this shop to others because of his customer service skills
