Just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the service i recieved from your 730 Nairn location. I dropped my 1999 grand am off there to have the driver side window replaced. It had broken the plastic pieces of the window and wouldnt go up or down. I talked to a woman named Kendra who was very nice and extremely helpful and friendly. She quoted me a price, went above and beyond trying to find the parts I needed and had my vehicle fixed by the end the day for me to make it home for the weekend.(I live an hour outside of Winnipeg) When i arrived to pick up my vehicle, at the time she said it would be ready, it was washed, vaccuumed and waiting outside for me with the motor running and inside nice and warm. We want to let you know about the absolutely amazing service we received when getting our window repaired last December. The service provided by Jason D went far beyond what we would expect. - At 5 min to 6pm, after coming down to make arrangements for service on the broken window, our car wouldn't start. Jason provide assistance by listening to the problem and suggesting appropriate solutions, he investigated towing options for us, and most importantly, was patient and sympathetic. - After getting the electrical issue solved @ Ace Auto Electric, we brought our car back to get the window fixed. I recently had my truck body fixed at the New Westminster location and I am extremely happy with the outcome and customer service. All the staff, from Eric at the front desk to Chris, the body man in the shop, went out of their way to answer my questions and to make sure I was completely informed and satisfied at the end. Thanks to Mike and Julie who were awesome with getting my appointment booked as well as when I dropped my vehicle off; they got me on my way quickly and worry free.
