I had great service!! I dropped in as i got a stone chip just yesterday on the Perimeter. They had no issues taking me in as a walk-in and estimating it to only be a half hour. On top of it their employee Alexcia, offered to drive myself and friend to lunch and picked us up when done with my vehicle ready as promised. I received prompt attentiion, Cathy had RJ take my vehicle in immediately and he reattached my moulding. I met Catherine about two years ago thru her daughter. Back then we had a accident with the truck and she told us to bring it to boyd. Not knowing her, but we thought to give it a try. We were very pleased with her and I tell you she has very high expectations on pleasing the customers. I just hit a deer with my Montanna Van, wrecked the front end and in addition I asked for extra work. I am more than pleased with the completed job, the informed update calls were exceptional, Thanks Catherine for all you;ve done for us. I recommend everyone to you from around this area

I just recently purchased a new 2011 GMC truck, had a accident. Well I brought it Boyd because of Catherine. She always explains things thorogh when it comes to repairs, her knowledge of Auto repairs is amazing. I appreicate her honestly, customer service and its always great to fo see her smiling face and her humor. As long as she works there, I will take it to that vacility for repairs. My vehicle was done in a timely matter and back to me just like I purchased it from the factory. I was updated on repairs which made me realize it was taken to the right location.
