"From the time I arrived at Boyd Auto Body, the staff was very friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable with stepping me though the process of my vehicle to be repaired. I was explained in detail what would take place, and the process. Boyd's staff arranged for the Rental from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I was updated on the work being done on my vehicle, which was greatly appreciated. My vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. I returned my rental and was very pleased to see my vehicle sitting waiting for my arrival. Sid went over all work that was done, and escorted me to my vehicle for delivery. I just wanted to thank you again for taking care of this repair so quickly. Your staff even went so far as to remove the duct tape glue (for sale sign) from my interior windshield and driver’s door. I think that goes beyond expectations.

I dropped by this location last week to enquire about some molding that was coming away from the side and back of my Lexus. I was greeted immediatley and to my surprise I was dealt with promptly as the body manager went outside to see what I needed and then he proceeded to the body shop and came back with two techs who resolved the issue and secured the molding. I asked how much I owe and was pleasantly surprised that the answer was "it's OK" just remember us. This was awesome service and I will definitely recommend this shop to my neighbours as we are from WhyteRidge. Very pleased.....awesome customer service! Thank you Boyd.

Staff was very courteous and helpful to my requests. The repair work was done to my utmost satisfaction (quite severe hail damage-not a single panel went unscathed. My friends have been very impressed with the work done, as it required a full paint job, and I have received numerous compliments on the work that was done!!

I would like to say that I am extremley impressed with the level of professional service I recieved. After dealing with my nightmare insurance company it was nice to come to a place that was curtious to me. From the time I got a quote, to arranging my rental, calling me with updates and finally picking up my car I could not have been happier. I was really impressed that the inside of my car was cleaned and detailed so well too. A nice guesture for sure. I work closely with Boyd as a part of my job as a parts salesperson, so I know this company prides themselves on good work and a professional attitude. I found Boyd Autobody Staff to be courteous, efficient maintaining great communication with me at all times. More extensive repairs were required once the vehicle was examined at repair time. Boyd Autobody staff ordered the initial required parts which were available within one week and an appointment for repair was initiated. I was told by the manager of Boyd Autobody at the initial assessment of the vehicle that more extensive repairs may be required once the vehicle was examined at repair time. I was rear ended while at a very backed up intersection August 5, 2011 and I found the accident and damage to my vehicle very traumatic. Glenn Harlle, manager at Boyd Autobody was very understanding and supportive. The vehicle required to be in the shop another week while the required parts were obtained.
