Recently I was in need of an autobody shop. Boyd Surrey/Langley location was the right choice. My car was dropped off and neil took over. He took many photographs of the damage and assured me everything would be just fine. I nthe office, Nikki took care of the paper work and assigned me a loaner car. Both Neil and Nikki were very kind and also very helpful. I left Boyd with a good feeling. When my car was conpleted, I inspected it carefully, it was like brand new! I am very satisfued with the work. Everyone there has alot of pride... thats evident in their work. Thank you!

"I have a 2009 Pontiac G5 and while in a parking lot, the side of my car was key'd". I took it to your shop at 540 John St. Glenn Hartle came out and told me exactly what needed to be done to have my car looking like new. There was no doubt in my mind that he knew his business. He made the whole experience much better. If I have any more car problems, I'll definitely take it in and see Glenn. On Thursday, August 4th, 2011 I was travelling eastbound in a BC Hydro Fleet vehicle on Hwy 1 in Victoria when when the front passenger window imploded. (ARI) Automotive Resources International referred me to Boyd Autobody and Glass along with another service supplier. I made contact with Jeremy Harms of your John Street, Victoria location and he stated the window could not be replaced this date (late afternoon) and he would assist by having the glass fragments vacuumed from the van and cover the open window. The reason for this interim solution was that my home base is in Nanaimo, 120 kms north of Victoria. I arrived at your John Street location and was greeted by Jeremy. He immediately had the van cleaned and window covered allowing me to travel back to Nanaimo. Mr. Harmes should be commended for the immediate solutions/options provided ... to me. His professional, calm, sincere and courteous manner was very much appreciated, is a credit to Boyd Autobody and Glass and a great example of customer service very much in line with your ISO 9001:2008 accreditation. BC - 22715 Dewdney Trunk Rd, Maple Ridge - 8/4/11

Went to the location on a suggestion from a friend. I had a key scrap on the sid eof my brand ndew 2011 Ford Edge. The manager got Mike on the case. He spent about a half hour on it and the result was a scratch that you would have to squint to see. I offered to pay, but they insisted it was on the house, and to just suggest other friends and family t use their location for their autobody needs. Thank you Boyd Maple Ridge!

My car was quickly fixed within a day, and I was given a convince car well it was in the shop. The work was very well done, and all staff was very friendly. Matt Walls was very helpful and kind. Also young blonde lady with braces was very friendly and helpful. Overall am I very pleased with the service I received.

I was completely blown away by the service I received when I brought in my car to Boyd’s in Douglas Glen. My car had a dent on the front driver’s side that made it impossible to open and close the door. When I first came in for an estimate, I got immediate service (without an appointment!) and they offered to fix my door so that I could at least get in and out as I shopped around for another estimate. I was not charged for this, which already sold me to this shop. The staff was amazing. They were friendly and informative and were to explain to me what I needed to do to get my car in. The appointment for my vehicle was made around when I could come in rather then when they had an opening, which made my life very easy. I was then updated every day with what was going on with my car and how long it was going to take. I was impressed with how ... quickly they were able to fix my car and get it back to me. I cannot even tell the difference from where it has been hit! I have recommended this autobody shop to everyone I know! read more

I had smacked the drivers side mirror off and so took my car to the Boyd on Nairn. Within minutes they had it repaired. The girl at the front desk was knowledgeable and extremely friendly and professional. It was fast and cheap (free). This location has outstanding customer service and it is nice to know there is still an Autobody shop out there that is honest. I really appreciate it. We just moved into the area and will return for any further car body repairs. Friends and family will too! Thank you!

Actually, a restoration involving bodywork, paint and glass. '89 BMW 325i in generally good condition, but some serious rust in wheelwells and engine compartment. Greg & crew did a FANTASTIC job ... the car looks like new, with an exact matching of original paint. Have already gotten a few 'ooh's and aaah's' from other drivers. This job was not cheap, but you get what you pay for, on budget and on time. I went back to have a new trunk emblem installed (the finishing touch) and they were happy to do that and go over the work they did ... my brother arranged for the work while I was overseas and he reports that he was kept appraised of the work as it progressed. I could not be more pleased with the result. I hope to be driving this car for the next 25 years, so Thank you to the team on Scurfield.
