I have been into Boyd Autoglass a couple of times for collision repairs so when I clipped my front end on a pillar I went in for a estimate. Robin Soni looked after me and I have to say, I really appreciate his efforts and mostly, his honesty. He cleaned up the area on the front panel that I damaged and said that I needn't worry about rust. He also gave me an idea of how much it would cost and considering it was a minor scratch, he advised me not to bother fixing it. I respect his candor and appreciate the service. The employees in this autobody shop are kind, helpful and accommodating.

My truck was run over by a bulldozer in March. From my first contact with Kevin Morgan of Boyd's in St Albert, I knew I had a professional collision advisor. He did everything to make this extemely difficult situation as good as possible. My Insurance Company completely failed in their due diligence to resolve this claim. Without the tireless and professional assistance of Kevin Morgan, this claim would have lasted much much longer. As it was, it took over 9 weeks to resolve, all because of the incopetence of the insurance company. If I ever need a collision repair shop in the future, I will use your facilities and I will ask for Kevin Morgan, as I know I will be treated professionally, fairly and with integrity.

BC - 540 John St, Victoria - 6/1/11

I brought my car in to Boyd to get an estimate, as someone had left orange paint and scratches across the back bumper, tail light and trunk of my black car, while it was parked. I came in on my lunch break and they looked at it right away. Glenn took pictures of my car and suggested that maybe they could buff out the paint and scratches, rather than having to put through an ICBC claim. My car was super dirty as I was not allowed to wash it until I had taken it for an estimate. They buffed off all the yucky orange paint and the scratches, including the 2 small ones on the fron of my car. Then they washed it and looked awesome! I was so impressed that that they fixed it without having to have my car repainmted and the inconvenience of an ICBC claim, all on my lunch break so I didn't have to take any time off work. They did a fantastic job ... and were really nice. I would definitely go there again and recommend them to my friends. read more

I used Boyd Autobody in Vancouver to replace the hood & rear bumper on my beloved 05 Ram 1500. I also had some fender flares to be installed and paint matched. The workmanship was exceptional. More importantly, I'm in the service industry as well so I can say that Rose & Robin were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I have recommended Boyd, this location specifically, to other people requiring paint, glass or repairs.

Service was excellent, Kim the technician even assisted in getting an inner door handle fixed which was not covered by our claim, we had to pay for it, but at a cheaper price compared to dealer cost for a new one from Ford. They washed and cleaned our vehicle inside and out and polished it up, it has never looked so good. thanks

This was the second time we\'ve had work done on two separate vehicles at the Pembina Highway branch within the past 6 months. And both times we picked up our vehicles, I can honestly say my wife and I drove away with huge smiles on our faces! The work performed was flawless and the service unapproachable. I want to especially thank Bob and Selena. They provided my wife and I with superior customer service that was clearly above and beyond that offered by any of your competitors I’ve dealt with in the past. Right from the start, it was clear by their actions they value their clients and not once while dealing with them did I feel like just another customer. It was clear throughout our interaction that their recommendations for service were made with the best interests of me, the customer, in mind. I would like to add that unfortunately I ... forgot to get the names of the representatives that helped us on our first visit over the Winter, and I apologize because they also deserve a big thank you for providing the same type of stellar service. It’s stressful enough when you have to take your vehicle in for any type of work, but from the start it was clearly a pleasure dealing with the staff at the Pembina Hwy office. The shop I went to is not listed below, it was at 3807 Edmonton Tr. NE The service was exceptional, Daralynn at reception was so helpful and friendly as was Wayne the estimator who went above and beyond by offering suggestions about other unrelated repairs I am considering. I arrived at the shop at 0800 the morning I brought it in and by 0822 was in my rental car on the way to work! Excellent communication between the shop and Enterprise. I am the owner of the Ford Flex from yesterday (windshield replacement) -- just wanted to say a formal thank you to you and your staff. As I said in your offices, I appreciate you were open early, I appreciate you were able to get the work done in one day (ready for pickup at the end of my work day) and I REALLY appreciate those that took the time to clean my car.
