Actually, a restoration involving bodywork, paint and glass. '89 BMW 325i in generally good condition, but some serious rust in wheelwells and engine compartment. Greg & crew did a FANTASTIC job ... the car looks like new, with an exact matching of original paint. Have already gotten a few 'ooh's and aaah's' from other drivers. This job was not cheap, but you get what you pay for, on budget and on time. I went back to have a new trunk emblem installed (the finishing touch) and they were happy to do that and go over the work they did ... my brother arranged for the work while I was overseas and he reports that he was kept appraised of the work as it progressed. I could not be more pleased with the result. I hope to be driving this car for the next 25 years, so Thank you to the team on Scurfield.

I had a very good experience at Boyd Autobody. I was in from Alberta and I found Greg Bodnarchuk at the Scurfield location to be very personable and helpful. I found service to be very quick and efficient. Thanks again for your great service!

I chose Boyd Autobody because they provided the most thorough estimate out of the four estimates that I solicited. The staff was very pleasant and professional; they booked a car rental for me and provided me with detailed information updates throughout the repairs process. The workmanship on the damaged panels was excellent. I am very pleased with my experience at Boyd Autobody and would be pleased to recommend their services to others.

I had to get the front passenger window replaced after it was broken from a rock that became airborne when a semi truck cab drove over it. My claim was handled extremely professionally by Scott Anderson. The window was ordered and replaced the same day, the cleaned the inside of my truck exceptionally well and even washed the outside of the truck too. I know now where to go should I need this type of service again and will recommend your company.

My car was hit from the back and the rear bumper and fender had to be fixed. Boyd Autobody did a nice job on the repairs in one day and gave me a loaner. Damage was covered by ICBC. I had the same repair done on the rear bumper about a month ago when someone did a hit and run on my car while I was the grocery store.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I was given updates by telephone as progress was made on my vehicle, it was ready when they estimated it would be ready, and they were generous enough to buff out some additional marks on the same panels prior to painting to ensure a quality repair. I will use this same Boyd location again in the future, and recommend to others.

The Team at Boyd was utmost professional, friendly, and very accommodating. My truck was damaged in an animal collision, and after spending 2 weeks on the repair work, I was very happy with the result, and the overall experience with Kris and Wendy. I would recommend this location to anyone who may require their services.

I was extremly satisfied with the customer service at this location; in particular Julie Towell and Mike Amoroso were phenomenal!! I believe they both went above and beyond my expectations in way of customer service- they truly seemed to care about what was happening for me....As well the actual work done to my vehicle (thus far) seems to be impeccable. Overall my experience with that location (and again with those two employees!!) was a very good one...I would recommend this shop above all others at this point!

GREAT CREW!!!!! >From the moment I took our vehicle in for the estimate to the moment we got it back fully repaired, the team were informative and professional and explained fully each step in the process. They took care of the rental car details and had the van back to us on time and fully cleaned. Great work from the Front End Manager to the Estimators and everyone else involved in the process. Will recommend Boyd in a heart beat !!!!

"Just a quick note to express my gratitude for the services rendered at your Scurfield location. After, several attempts, and a purchase or two, of adhesives that "should" work to fix a dangling rear-view mirror, I decided to drop-in at your location. I was greeted politely by a nice young lady who asked me to have a seat and wait for one of your staff who was with a customer. Your staff member, a gentleman, then had to accompany the customer outside. Upon returning to the office, he jokingly asked who had the vehicle with the dangling rear-view mirror. He knew it was me since I was the only other person in the office waiting for assistance. He then requested my car keys. I was interested in knowing the cost before handing over the keys. The fella then said we'll talk once the work was done. He may have noticed the concern ... read more
