I was very impressed with the service I recieved, it did take a day longer than I was originally told but that was due to the first piece of glass they recieved having a large scratch on it. Also on the window that was replaced I had a Vancouver Canucks Sticker and I thought it was a goner but when I picked up my truck it was sitting inside, in one piece and just needed to be put back on. I do apprieciate the extra care that was taken

It looks like new and runs quieter than it did when new. The fit and finish is a credit to the quality work you and your crew preformed. I recently had a hit and run claim adjusted in Winnipeg. During the assessment they determined the rear wheel well was not part of the same occurrence and suggested I make a claim under my recently deceased husband\'s license. They did approve the front and rear doors. I was recently widowed and found the whole conversation very upsetting, although I knew the adjuster was trying to help. When I took my car to be repaired, I asked if the scrap over the wheel well could be buffed a bit or just painted where scuffed. I told the manager my story and he was appauled someone would speak to me like that and said he would try speaking with them. When I picked up my car - all the damage was repaired. I was shocked and more than pleased. He took the initiative on his own to get the work done. I have had many claims repaired there. I have always ... found the service timely, courteous and of good quality. This time, they went really over and above what I would expect. Although I live in Winnipeg and have a Body shop two blocks away, I\'m glad I chose to stay with the Selkirk branch where I have had several repairs done. The staff deserve koodos for being so compassionate to a woman who is still struggling with the lose of her husband. Thank you so much. The original repairs were done in 1998 and last winter a flaw in the paint was starting to show long story short the life time warranty came in handy and the bonus is how nice and accomodating the staff at the Abbotsford location is. Neadless to say I am very pleased and will let all my friends and family know about it. The wrokmanship is great, it looks like I have a brand new vehicle. Thank you.
