After a weekend from H3ll, that included having my car damaged by a poor mechanic, my husband\'s truck breaking when I needed a replacement vehicle I also had my car keyed. You could actually see the footprints on the hood of the car where someone stood so they could key the roof! I ended up at Boyd Autobody and Glass to deal with the keying. It was all over the place. They assessed the damage and told me that they would try and buff it out, and if that didn\'t work they would paint it. I really wasn\'t thrilled with the idea of having to have my car painted, but if that was what it took I didn\'t have much choice. When I went to pick up my car I saw it in the parking lot. I had been to this Boyd location before and came back as a satisfied customer. I was not disappointed. I forgot that my car would get cleaned even if it was only my bumper which was replaced - nice surprise! I had also left a note on the envelope in which I left my keys in the drop-box that I would like the bolts that were on my old bumper put on the new bumper along with the usual clips since they held better. This was done, no problem.

I went in with what I thought was an attempted break-in to my car. Turns out the lock fell in on it\'s own but they gave me a courtesy car right away..called 45 mins later to tell me it was ready and had even washed and vacuumed out the car...with no charge. I\'ve never had such awesome service and even with a smile. They made my week.
