I am VERY pleased with the service I received at Boyd Autobody. My car was repaired and cleaned and polished both inside and out. I was contacted frequently by Glenn Flach to let me know how it was progressing, which I appreciated very much. It\'s like driving a brand new 15 year old car! Service was provided at 1111 West 73rd Ave in Vancouver.

I just wanted to send a huge thank you to the Boyd Group and Rob Burns and his team at the Henderson location in Winnipeg Manitoba. I’ve never been in an accident before and had no idea what to expect. They offered me a brand new courtesy car, kept in contact with me through the entire process and we’re very pleasant, helpful and always available. Although my car was written off, they removed my car stereo (upon approval from MPI) and plates for me and offered me a ride home afterwards. I know they put a lot of work and time into dealing with my claim and in the end it didn’t cost me a dime. Hard to believe considering nothing in this world is free. Anyhow, I’ve worked in customer service before and I don’t believe a good job should go unrecognised. I wanted to let you know your team here in Winnipeg is excellent and even though I hope I ... do not need their service anytime soon I will most defnitely recommend them to my friends and family. read more

I want to commend your staff on helping me clean out my car (that had been totalled by AP and was waiting for Dr. Hooke) on an extremely cold day (Januarl 17th). This was not their job, but they were so helpful and also helped me take my new car indoors to put on the licence plates. This kind of help made a stressful day much less so, and I shall use Boyd if the need be in the future and recommend it to my friends! Thanks again for going above and beyond your job.
