"Jeff, yesterday my wife brought her 2001 Toyota Echo in to have the windshield replaced. The work was done as requested the invoice was paid. We are happy with the service but what I am writing you today about is all the unexpected "extra" services performed. When she got into her car her dashboard was polished end to end, top to bottom, her floor mats were scrubbed clean, and whoever did the work even removed her garbage bag from her car and replaced it with a new clean bag. Again, we were happy with the service but this "above and beyond" extra service to the minutest detail was truly exceptional and I felt a written thank you was important to pass along. You have an excellent Team Jeff, I felt you should know. "

I have been using Boyd Autobody and Glass for several years. Recently, I made a visit to the shop at 1111 West 73rd Avenue in Vancouver to replace my windshield and I received incredible service. Rose and Robin were so friendly and professional, I was very impressed. Over the holiday, my windshield got a chip in it and I returned to the shop today for a repair. Again, the staff was courteous and helpful. My repair was done quickly and the overall experience was a good one. I will refer friends to this shop in the future. It is unusual today to find such a dedicated team.

We will definitely return to your shop should the need arise. We will share with our friends and colleagues the service we received from your location. Not only did your staff take the time to help arrange the courtesy vehicle from Autopac through Enterprise, but gave some good insurance advice relating to that vehicle as well. We were quite impressed with the overall experience.
