I brought my car to the Marion location to be fixed a while back, and recently I brought it again for 2 more claims. Damaged dash and a damaged front end from an accident. Your website does not indicate what area the Marion location is in so I’m emailing you both so you get the feedback. On all of my claims I’ve dealt primarily with Jason, and I’ve gone through dialog with Cheryl as well (Please forgive me if I spelled her name wrong.) On my last claim I used a courtesy car that broke down in the middle of portage late last night, the last night of a month long repair, I had to have it towed and this morning the branch had the car towed back to them. Luckily, my car was ready today. I went to pickup my car (which was in excellent condition I might add ?) and I found the heat wasn’t working. It would only blow cold air and only out of the ... main vents. No feet or defrost. I called Marion back and let them know. They apologized and took the car back, and promptly gave me another courtesy car that was much better quality.Jason and Cheryl have done an excellent job of keeping me happy. They’ve been very apologetic and quick to help me in any way they can. They’ve had a real “customer first” attitude and I’ve appreciated it. I had an issue with my car that occurred due to some work Boyd on Dudley Ave performed on my front bumper area and since that location was closed, Matt was there to help. He considered my time constraints, my comfort, my frustration and he arranged for the problem to be fixed entirely and ensured that I walked away as a happy customer - thanks Matt!

In the past few months we have had both of our cars in to your shop for repairs; nothing huge but significant to a car nut! I am more than pleased with your work on both vehicles, but I was really pleasantly surprised by your above and beyond work on the MB C320! When I picked it up, Kris said that he had gone a little farther than was required, but I didn't realize until I washed my car a few days later that the two 'divots' in the back bumper had disappeared. The divots probably came from license plat nuts smacked into the rear bumper - big enough to annoy the heck out of somebody as picky as me! Thanks Kris - really, really appreciated! Both cars are superb, beautifully finished! I would not hesitate to recommend Boyd to anyone needing body repair and not wanting to see where the damage had been before you did your work. I simply wish to express my appreciation for the services I received from the manager and staff of the above named company, and for the excellend repairs performed on my damaged vehicle. To begin with, after expressing an interest, I was given the courtesy of being taken on a tour of the boyd facility. I was impressed with the comprehensive facility and its cleanliness. The completion date of my vehicle's repairs was met, and I was kept informed as to the progress of those repairs. I was treated courteously by the Boyd staff, specifically by the manager, larry McKenzie, and fromt office worker Alicia. Hopefully I will not again need autobody work. I also greatly appreciated the extra effort that was put in to the work without being asked too, you guys even fixed up the poor paint job that was on the top of the rear bumper from a previous mishap.
