I was really happy with the service from Boyd employees from start to finish. I asked for a quote and received one that was detailed and specific. I was able to have the damage repaired in a day, and the staff was really helpful in helping me find the best method in which to claim/pay for the damage. I was picked up when I had no other way of getting to the shop to pick up my vehicle and the employee was polite and nice to talk to. It was explained to me thoroughly how my vehicle was repaired, what the costs were associated with, and the extra mile they went to buff out some scratches on the body that were from the previous ownership of the vehicle. My parents car had their back widow smashed and bumper vandalized one night. I called Boyd and they took really good care of them. They helped them out with their rental car and walked them through the insurance claim as well. If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Hi a part from the gas tank fell off my car and I popped into the Henderson location.. Greeted by the nicest staff and were so helpful. Teresa at the front was the warmest kindest lady that was so welcoming and made me feel like family and David put the part for me back on and he ended up staying after his shift to finish it for me and was so polite and did such a fantastic job that you can not even tell that it was missing from the car just minutes before. I can not say enough good things about the quality of the work and the quality of the people. Just want to thank them so very much again.. I am extremely happy it is fixed and left with a Big Smile...
