Our truck window was smashed after hitting a bird on Hwy 1 near Winnipeg. While waiting (over 4 hours) for CAA help, we contacted Boyd's and spoke to Brittany. She was able to order the new window before we got there. We were worried we would not be able to get the truck to the shop by 6. We contacted Boyd's to let them know the towing truck was on the way. Teresa stayed late to meet us and was very helpful getting the truck into the shop and the work order started. The truck was ready by noon the next day and we continued our journey. Thanks Boyd's your service (and thoughtful employee's) was much appreciated !

I crash my 2015 highlander into a yield sign last month,I towed to Boyd 32nd street location,I was worried about my car because after accident the car never look like before,insurance suggested me some other body shops but I choose boyd 32nd,the reason is I had a good experience with this shop,the damage was close to 10000 $ they took 3 weeks when I got the car back it looks like brand new,I was worried about colour match because it was Tri-stage(white pearl),but the painters did a good job no one can tell it's been painted it's matching 100%factory,and I am 100%satisfied with the work,they detailed my car in and out,they did a really good job thank you guys for doing such a nice work,I will recommend this shop to my friends and family. Friendly and professional service. Kept us informed of the progress on the car with several phone calls. Let us know about the lower cost of using MPI insurance rather than the car rental company insurance to lower the deductible on the rental car. Made it very clear that we would need to pay our deductible before picking up the car as MPI had not yet determined liability. We would use Boyd again in the future.

Once again Boyd Autobody (Abbotsford) has out done themselves. My good friend was also involved in a car accident a week prior to me. The earliest appointment he could get with Craftsman was March. His accident happened Feb 2. The first place I called was Boyd. They asked me to come down to get some paper work completed and pictures taken. My car was completed Feb 16th. I guess my friend should of called Boyd Abbotsford.

I was involved in a parking lot fender bender earlier today. Not having the best driving record I was stressed out about my ICBC premiums going through the roof. I called Boyd to schedule an appointment to get an private estimate. They took me in right away. No waiting, no hassle. Not only did they give me a estimate they took the vehicle in ,washed it, polished out the scratches and touched up whatever was remaining. THANK YOU TEAM BOYD. I hope I never have to comeback (unless I need to) but I will surly recommend you to EVERYONE.

WOW!!! These guys not only helped me convince ICBC that the truck was worth fixing, they also did a really good job of the repair! Looks better than when I bought the truck! Personal service was excellent and they had the job done in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend these folks! Keep up the good work!!
