I was very happy with my service. Moon Goo K. explained everything to me and was very pleasant. The technician, Mitch K. did a super job on replacing my windshield and noticed wiper blades in my front seat. He offered to put them on for me and I was super grateful being a woman who has to do everything now that my husband suffered a stroke and used to do the things that needed to be done on the car. Brian W. was very helpful and just a nice guy and smiled a lot. Kootoes to everyone at Boyds on Scurfield. Oh and I even got to see the color of my car because it was washed. Thanks so much

I am not good at English, but I can meet one staff (MOONGU K.) who speak same language in shop. I could be explained everything by him with same language . It made me so comfortable and credit to shop. And all staffs are so kind and smiling. thanks.

Very professional service that went above and beyond a regular windshield replacement. My car was returned to me with both exterior and interior washed and cleaned. Boyd handled all aspects of insurance claim. One minor quibble is that it took a while to get a response to my initial Internet query. This is likely an issue with the Boyd website and not the good folks at Boyd's Vancouver location as communication with the Vancouver location was quick, efficient, and courteous.

The customer service was wonderful. We were received with a warm smile and greetings. We felt very welcome. The receptionist Amy was very pleasant.. She introduced herself and asked what we needed. We also introduced ourselves and ask to speak with Miguel. Who is the manager. She asked to have a seat while she went to look for him on the shop floor. Amy returned with Miguel, who introduced himself and our hands. I told him what my problem was and he said that he would help find a favorable solution. I was having problem with MPI, and he got the help I needed to repair my broken glass for my Nissan Sunroof. I was there on a Wednesday and the following Wednesday I took my car in I got my car at 4pm that same day. I was provided with a car at no extra charge. The service was excellent and very efficient. My Dodge Caravan needed some repair work after a side door panel/casement became loose. The staff members at Boyd Autobody were courteous and helpful, and they understood exactly what I wanted.The technician at Boyd Autobody quickly completed the repairs while I waited (about 30 mins), and they did not charge me anything for the repair work. I am very satisfied with the repair work, and the overall experience. Highly recommended.

Best overall experience ever with an autobody shop! Edward was professional, courteous and conscientious. He took the time to explain and not only walk me through the estimate but showed me where the specific repairs will be on my vehicle. Enterprise car rental was quick and very convenient. Repairs were done in a timely manner and am 100% satisfied with the work done by Boyd. My car was washed inside and out. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my floor mats were scrubbed clean and looked brand new! Would highly recommend this location and would definitely come back.
