Rose was awesome, I got a bad rock on the way to work, she dropped me back @ the office and had the truck ready by 2pm on the day before I had a long hiway drive. Pickup a cleanly washed truck with detailed floor mats. Nice service!!!

I had a very easy repair that required getting an estimate. I called the list of certified shops and Boyd was the only shop that could do the estimate the same day (other shops were booking min 7-10 days). Boyd ordered the part as soon as they received confirmation from my insurance and the repair was done the same day. That's how it should be done!

Work was done just fine, but the best thing about Boyd are the employees - from the office staff to the ones working on the cars and especially the 2 young men - one who drove me home and the other who picked me up after the work was done. Nothing personal - I'd rather not have to come back - but would not hesitate to return if I have another problem with the car that they can look after.

Not only does the car look pristine but the customer service provided by Robin and Prince was exceptional. There were a few concerns when I picked up my car, unrelated to the collision, and Robin went above and beyond to make sure the car was safe to drive. I will certainly come back for any other work I need done!

I was beyond happy with my services from Boyd. After being really upset about my driver side window being smashed, I brought my car into boyd first thing the next morning. Rose instantly made me feel at ease when I met her as she reassured me my car would be fixed that day. She was so kind and welcoming, it made a huge difference in my day as i didnt feel the need to stress about my car knowing it was in good hands.
