By far the best experience I have had in terms of automobile service. Customer service was excellent and the manager David was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend this location to any friends who find themselves in the same predicament as me. I was very impressed that my request was answered on a Sunday, I was able to bring in my vehicle on Monday morning, and it was ready to go by 4pm.

John was very good at explaining all of my options so that I could consider what decision would be best for our situation. His crew also did a nice job buffing out a surface scratch and filling a small dent. This was a nice touch and great for future business. I have worked with this shop before and I am totally satisfied.

This was the first time I had my car repaired at a Boyd facility and I was more then pleased with the service and repair of my vehicle at this shop. I dreaded dealing with the whole accident thing but it was absolutely painless because Derek and his crew looked after everything for me. All I had to do is show up drop off and pick up and sign. Better yet my car looks better then new. I think they went above and beyond to satisfy me, because of this I am now a Boyd customer for life.

I had Randy G. as my appraiser, and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. He gave me estimates for an accident that happened a while ago that I needed for selling my car, and he also gave me advice on how much he thinks I should sell it for, and a good website to calculate that information. He also helped remove a scratch on the paint. He was really friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable and happy afterwards. I will definitely come back if I need auto body or glass repair.

I've got an excellent and fastest service I've ever seen which gave me a great impression. I brought my car to BOYD at 7:30 a.m., and I got the phone call from BOYD around 1 p.m. at same day. They told me my car was already ready to pick up. I was really surprised how fast it is. When I got there around 1:30 p.m., my car was already repaired and cleaned perfectly. All staff were super kind, especially the staff who charged me was really friendly. I should have known his name. He was extremely hospitable, and explained everything very clearly. The process of a car renting was also very convenient. I was waiting just a few minute in the BOYD office, and the staff from Enterprise was coming and driving me to their office and I got the renter car. I would really love to appreciate that I got great service there. Thank you.

Everything was done to perfection. The paperwork was made simple and the paint color match pretty perfectly ( a shade off ). Staff was friendly and curious from the first phone call. Great job. I will definitely recommend them to others.
