Omg so I was involved in an accident where the electrical, telephone, and cable wires came crashing down on my vehicle out of no where, and left a bunch of scuff marks. When I came to Boyd, which btw came highly recommended from my insurance company, I was greeted right away and offered a coffee by the receptionist Samantha and moments later, an estimator by the name of Joseph approached me with a firm handshake and smile, and we both went out to look at my vehicle. Joseph was very honest and has a keen eye, picking up on damage that I didn't even notice. He briefly gave me some options and said that he would try and see if the scuff marks and damage to the windshield could be polished off. Within 5 min. Joseph returned and gave me some wonderful news: "I'm going to clean up your vehicle for free", he says. "You won't have ... to pay the deductible," he finishes as he notices the confused look on my face. I asked him what the catch was and he simply replies, "if you like you can write up a testimonial on our site". Honestly, this accident has really shown me the beauty of Karma and I feel so blessed to have gone through it. I wouldn't trade it for the world. Coming to Boyd and meeting Joseph was the icing on the cake. This is truly a one of a kind company, who cares about its clients. I never knew that this type of service and customer care still existed especially here in Vancouver where people in the service industry treat you like you are just a number. I did not have an appointment, and the workers were totally ok with that, squeezing me in for a wind shield repair 20 minutes before closing. I would definitely recommend Boyd to everyone I know who ever needs glass repairs for their car!

Thanks to the staff at the bridgeport location, they did an amazing job with my side window! Very fast and efficient. My car was all shiny when I got it back, (they washed my car) which was a pleasant surprise. Lastly, the customer service was nothing but exceptional. Samantha was very helpful and so kind. Highly recommend this location.

Samantha at the Bridgeport location was extremely kind and helpful at getting my vehicle fixed. My car window was fixed faster than expected. Definitely will come back to boyd as the customer service was exceptional.

I just came back from what I believe is the best experience with any autobody shop EVER. Earlier today, I was greeted by a huge gushing leak of water from inside my vehicle which I found out was from a clogged drain hose coming from around the sunroof of my Town & Country minivan. It seems that parking around trees is hazardous to my car. The leaves, pine needles and other types of debris may have clogged my drain hose which leads around the driver side console and centre light console close to windshield and sunroof. I shopped around and went to three different shops and all couldn't help me because they didn't know how to deal with this type of issue. But I had previously been to Boyd Autobody and Glass when we had a pretty bad collision and they did a great job. So why not right? Well I'm so ecstatic that I did. I can say this, ... that they did a thorough job. And Bill, the fellow that actually did the work, even went out of his way to take me back home so I wouldn't have to wait at the shop all day. And he even picked me up!! How's that for service! And Joseph the Assistant Manager was so accomodating to assist me in my time of need. I will never look past these guys again should I ever need any autobody work or paint job or anything. I'm so happy. Thank you so much guys! You made my day/week/month/year. Ihad minor body work done after my car had been broken into and everyone that I came in contact with could not have been more helpful.Joseph was cheerful,clear in all his explanations of what would be done,what I would have to pay,and when work would be completed.It all made a stressful situation almost pleasant and I would recommend Boyd to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle Thanks.
