I went to this location to get a bumper repair and found the service excellent. I was greeted by Paolo who was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I received follow up calls from Joe to review issues and things got dealt with in a very efficient manner. The same goes for Samantha who was very helpful! The car looks great, well done! To the team at the bridgeport location... thank you very much! You made a daunting task into a easy job for me. What else can one ask for! I highly recommend this location to anyone!

Wow, the service I got here was amazing. Paolo checked me in and arranged for Bill to give me a ride to a store whilst the work was being done. Ravi did the best job ever on my headlight restoration and Samantha was so nice, checking me out. Good old fashioned friendly service from all. Love it. I received exceptional service from the moment I contacted Boyd. I was unable to obatain a rental car because of the time of year but Samantha at Boyd went out her way in helping me find a vehicle at another car rental company. They even came to pick me up and take me to pick up the car. This type of customer service was not expected but greatly appreciated. The work done on my car was also exceptional. My car looked brand new after they fixed the damage. I would definitely recommend Boyd!
