My excellent experience started with an on-the-spot detailed written estimate from Kris, a very personable young man who took the time to explain everything in detail. This was on a busy Friday afternoon just prior to his leaving on a quick family trip out to B.C. We had gotten 2 previous estimates from other companies (the one beginning with an 'M' didn't even bother to put it in writing). Boyd's was the lowest, they were the closest to us, and they offered a low-cost loaner car which neither of the other two did. The work was completed on time, was of top-notch quality, and the girls in the front office made the whole thing a pleasurable experience. Kudos to everyone involved.

The bike project is pretty much finished except for a few small things, so I took some shots so you can see it all together. The paint looks great, and definitely makes the bike stand out. Thanks again for all the hard work you've done for me in the last few months.

I am very pleased with the service provided with the hail damage to my vehicle. The repairs did not take long at all and the vehicle was given back cleaner than the way i had taken it there.
