I was able to have someone to take a look at my truck without an appointment, since the claims was through ICBC, there was not much to it, it took a week to order all the parts, they called me to asked me to bring the truck in. during the tear down they realised additional parts was needed , my truck was in the shop for 10 business days. since I don't use my truck to commute I really didn't miss it. Overall it was very good experience dealing with all the people at the Surrey shop.

I dropped off my Santa Fe after a side collision, and the damage covered the right side of the car. The reception and pick-up service was great, kind and efficient. After 10 days I got my car back, which was as good as new. I would like to thank the garage for their magnificent work.

I have dealt with Boyd Autobody in a recent accident with my wife's car. We dealt with serviceman Milan N. , he was a great guy to work with. He help us navigate our claim with the insurance company which we greatly appreciate. He was very professional, forth right and very personable in letting us know the process and kept us informed and updated us regularly. The car was fix and the quality of the work was like new which we greatly appreciate. Evan H. and the team provided excellent quality and super fast service. Told me the car should be done within 5 business days and I got a phone call within 2 days saying it was all completed! I couldnt even get there quick enough to grab the car as they were so fast! Professional work done and all the employees are eager and happy to help. In 2008, a rock was thrown at my car and it hit the top of the passenger side door. A few inches down and it would had hit my wife's head. I had it fixed at Boyd Autobody. Ten years later, 2018, the top coat started to peel off. I called Boyd Autobody to find out what could be done, if the work done 10 years ago was still under warranty and to my surprise, it was. They asked me to take the car in for an inspection and then booked an appointment to get it redone. I am very happy with their customer service and would highly recommend anyone who needs Autobody work. Thanks Boyd Autobody.

I couldn't decide where to take my car after it had been hit. So many places to choose from. Coworker had told me about Boyd and I decided I would go there also. If somebody reads this and they are in decisive of where to take the car I want them to know that this is the place. The staff was amazing and very welcoming and even touched up a few little scratches which was beyond what they needed to do. I had a crazy driver following behind me off of King George and because I didn't turn quickly enough he laid on the horn and followed me into their parking lot. It was very much a road rage incident and I was a little frightened until the staff was totally behind me which again was very nice . Thank you to Boyd staff. ??
