The service at Boyd's was exceptional, right from the beginning. I called them to set up an appointment, and they said to bring the car over right away, no waiting. I had called another company previously, and they said to come at the end of the day to look at it, but it would be a month before they could start on it. Jon looked at the damage and then got on his computer to find the availability of parts. he said they would start as soon as the parts arrived. He was true to his word and kept me updated to what was happening on the repairs and the negotiations with ICBC. Great job and done on time as promised.

All my questions and concerns were dealt with in a very courteous and informed manner. I am very pleased with the repair - the paint is a perfect match and the repair is invisible.
