I had my front bumper replaced at Boyd auto body in Victoria at John st. As always Michelle was awesome in getting things going for me when I arrived at Boyd for my repair. Michelle is a sweetheart who is friendly, polite, and efficient at reception. Obviously she is a very valuable asset to your company! After the awesome reception, Glen who is also amazing in his professional, friendly and knowledgeable manner took over helping me with my repair. He assessed the damage and provided me with the information on the cost of replacing my bumper. Glen has been exceptional in advising me with repairs to my vehicles over the past few years! Once Glen finished assessing the damage and arranging my repair he turned me over to Michelle who arranged a courtesy vehicle for me. The reason I return to Boyd when I require repairs to my vehicle is the ... awesome customer service experience at Boyd auto body in Victoria at John st. I will recommend Boyd to anybody that talks to me about auto body repairs. In fact I have had many strangers stop me to look at my car and ask questions about the year of my vehicle. They give me complements on the way my vehicle looks. Often I have conversations with people admiring my vehicle, answer their questions about the year, performance and any problems I might have had. During those conversations I always tell them that Boyd painted my after market scoops and repaired my bumper. I advise them to have Boyd do painting or repair if they ever need auto bodywork done on their cars. I will gladly recommend Boyd in Victoria to anyone asking me about repairs to their vehicles. I brought my car in to Boyd to get an estimate, as someone had left orange paint and scratches across the back bumper, tail light and trunk of my black car, while it was parked. I came in on my lunch break and they looked at it right away. Glenn took pictures of my car and suggested that maybe they could buff out the paint and scratches, rather than having to put through an ICBC claim. My car was super dirty as I was not allowed to wash it until I had taken it for an estimate. They buffed off all the yucky orange paint and the scratches, including the 2 small ones on the fron of my car. Then they washed it and looked awesome! I was so impressed that that they fixed it without having to have my car repainmted and the inconvenience of an ICBC claim, all on my lunch break so I didn't have to take any time off work. They did a fantastic job ... and were really nice. I would definitely go there again and recommend them to my friends. read more

Service was excellent, Kim the technician even assisted in getting an inner door handle fixed which was not covered by our claim, we had to pay for it, but at a cheaper price compared to dealer cost for a new one from Ford. They washed and cleaned our vehicle inside and out and polished it up, it has never looked so good. thanks

It is almost two weeks since I picked up my car from your shop, and I have had ample opportunity to examine it. I am extremely pleased how everything looks, fits and runs. It looks like new and runs quieter than it did when new. The fit and finish is a credit to the quality work you and your crew preformed.
