Hello! I am writing to praise your Lakewood location on their exceptional service!! I was in my first accident ever in 30 yrs and I have to say Boyd made the experience rather painless! From the moment I walked in the door. (Matthew acknowledged me instantly even though he was helping another customer) Leah assisted me with my claim and reviewed the particulars . When further damage was found they provided me with transportation immediately. I was updated on the progress and received my vehicle back in a very reasonable time frame. To Maurice, Matthew, Leah and all of the staff in the shop, a very big thank you from a very satisfied customer!! I will highly recommend your company to my friends and family. Happy Holidays!

Exellent service in replacement of my Venza windshield, even though the OEM windshield which was installed was faulty,(probably shoukd have caight this at the outset) the manager made it right by providing a genuine Toyota windshield at no additional cost, which was not anticipated. The subsequent installation was perfect.

I was in Boyd Autobody and Glass the week of September 15th, 2013. Reason for visit: The weather strip at the top of the windshield had come loose in the middle and was blowing out while driving. I walked in and the girl at the desk asked if she could help me. She came out immediately, looked at my car and said she would take it in right away. Within 10 minutes the strip was reglued and taped down. She asked that I leave the tape overnight for the glue to set. When I asked what the charge was she told me it was free. This was the second time that I have gone to Boyd for help and the second time they have been exemplary in their service. Thank you to the people at Boyd Auto. You should be proud of yourselves. I had bent my front license plate on a concrete barrier in a parking lot, and went to Boyd to get it fixed. They very kindly repaired it free of charge. I was most surprised…and pleasantly so. One seldom gets something for nothing these days. Thank you so much; it made my day.

Maurice Blomme, Location Manager, provided fast, friendly service. Brought car into appointment on Tuesday and I had it back by Friday, earlier than expected. Was excellent service, and the work was very well done. Car was also cleaned and returned in spotless condition. I would not hesitate to recommend Maurice and this Boyd location to anyone in the future. Other times I have been here, the staff has always been always friendly and courteous.

My car was repaired for hail damage after the June 10th storm. I was given regular updates regarding the progress of my vehicle. My rental vehicle was provided promptly. My vehicle repair was completed as requested and the manager showed me exactly what was repaired. I have been to this location once before and have always been politely taken care of. This location is a pleasure to do business with.

I have been taking my cars to Boyd Autobody for over 20 years. I have yet to have service or sales personnel who weren't polite. They always gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision. Work done was first grade and up to now, I never had to bring back my vehicles for an adjustment. A gooose decided to committ suicide by walking in front of my car on the highway. Boyd found damage that autopac didn't find and worked with MOIC over the process of getting and returning after market parts that didn't fit. they gave me frequent updates as to what was happening. When finally finished and I got my car back the airconditioning didn't work. so I brought it back. It turned out that it was not due to the accident, but they fixed it too AT NO CHARGE! this is above and beyond. I will definitely be using them again.
