My visit at BOYD on Pembina Hwy was very pleasant! As soon as I walked in I was approached by Jason, I explained to him the reason for my visit, he quickly then took a look at the car and told me to come back later that day to pick it up! When I came to pick up the car, surprisingly the car was also washed and cleaned inside and out! the problem for my visit was taken care off as well! Overall, the staff were very friendly and the service was very fast and definetly beyond my expectations! Next time I have a problem, I sure know where to go!

I came into Boyd auto body today with A question I was hoping someone there could help me with. I was quite impressed with the attention and info that was given to me. Derek and Jason were so very helpful and I will definitely recommend your services to anyone. Nice to see great customer service is still a factor in certain establishments. I just wanted to say how great of a job this location did for me. The customer service was great. They even washed my car INSIDE and out. (The inside of my car was horrendous and if I'd known they were going to clean it i would have...cleaned it, haha). It's never looked so brand new and the repair was done quickly. Thank you!

Very good work, effecient and fast on the repair. Excellent customer service in explaining estimated cost, time involved and ultimately the repair itself and warranty. The customer service was exceptional as they cleaned my car inside and out even though the bill was not substantial. I've spent mich more at the dealer getting work done on my vehicle and they couldn't be bothered to spray wash the car exterior. I like that extra consideration Boyd provides and will definitely return.

From the friendly and helpful service manager to the courtesy car and from the quick service to the quality of the repairs I have not a single complaint. Our experience at the Pembina Boyd Autobody and Glass was amazing. Our Collision and Glass repair was done within 48 hours. They replaced our windshield at a discounted cost without needing to submit an insurance claim and additional repairs were completed on our back bumper free of charge. We were very happy with the service we received from Jeremy and we will definitely recommend Boyd to our friends and family.

I actually had collision and a glass repair done. Jeremy was fantastic! He has great customer service skills, called me all the time and let me know what was going on with the car.
