I am not one to do these things, but I feel I must let you know that your Location Manager on Pembina Hwy, (Rob Burns) deserves high credit for taking time to fix the tail lights on my car. I was explaining to the repceptionest that I had just come from the Bison Drive driver license office where my daughter was to take her road exam. It turns out both brake lights were out which caused the road test to end before it started. I drove down Pembina Hwy and saw Boyd Auto Body and pulled in to see if someone could help me with my problem. Rob overheard me describing my story to the receptionest and immediately took hold of the situation. We were done in 15 minutes and was able to get my daughter back to do her road test. I am in sales and I appreciate when someone goes beyond the call of duty. It is all too rare. He not only changed the burnt ... out lights, but made sure all lights were in working order. The service received at Boyd was excellent. From the receptionist who took our initial inquiries and set us up with a time to bring in our vehicle to the pickup of the repaired vehicle, Boyd provided excellent service. The bumper, which needed replacing, was repaired quickly and well. Additionally, Rob, the individual who greeted us upon picking up the car, helped us take out an additional dent with a suction device. He did so with no extra cost and was friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend Boyd in the future. I also would like to thank Rob for going above and beyond to serve us. Thank you

My car was quickly fixed within a day, and I was given a convince car well it was in the shop. The work was very well done, and all staff was very friendly. Matt Walls was very helpful and kind. Also young blonde lady with braces was very friendly and helpful. Overall am I very pleased with the service I received.

This was the second time we\'ve had work done on two separate vehicles at the Pembina Highway branch within the past 6 months. And both times we picked up our vehicles, I can honestly say my wife and I drove away with huge smiles on our faces! The work performed was flawless and the service unapproachable. I want to especially thank Bob and Selena. They provided my wife and I with superior customer service that was clearly above and beyond that offered by any of your competitors I’ve dealt with in the past. Right from the start, it was clear by their actions they value their clients and not once while dealing with them did I feel like just another customer. It was clear throughout our interaction that their recommendations for service were made with the best interests of me, the customer, in mind. I would like to add that unfortunately I ... forgot to get the names of the representatives that helped us on our first visit over the Winter, and I apologize because they also deserve a big thank you for providing the same type of stellar service. It’s stressful enough when you have to take your vehicle in for any type of work, but from the start it was clearly a pleasure dealing with the staff at the Pembina Hwy office.
