If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The service I received from Miguel on Thursday Feb 15, 2018 was probably some of the best service I have ever received. I brought my car there after an extremely awful experience at Canadian Tire and he treated me with such compassion and respect, I was completely blown away. He fixed the mess they made and charged me a fraction of what they were going to charge me to fix my window. He was honest with me and didn't try to take advantage of me like Canadian Tire tried to. This will be a story that I will tell anyone that will listen. Thank you again Miguel. I wish all mechanics were just like you.

We recently had our vehicle in for windshield repair. The front end staff and manager (Miguel) were fantastic. I can't believe how quickly the got our vehicle in for repair (next day after we called) and that they had a courtesy car. The workmanship was great too. Very thorough and they went above and beyond to explain everything. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Great experience at the Regent location. I had a windshield replaced turned out great. Details were provided on how the windshield was installed and how parts sourrounding the windshield were adjusted to have a better fit. Miguel was great at explaining the life time warranty on the glass and accommodated all of my requirements which really helped with my busy schedule. For any glass needs I will come back and recommend it to all of my family and friends

This was my first visit to Boyd Autobody, and I was impressed with the service. They were hospital and put my mind at eased after having my vehicle vandalized. I will recommend you to family and friends. If I should ever require glass or autobody service (hopefully not) again I will be sure to take my car to Boyd Autobody again. I can't say enuff about how satisfied I am with the fast friendly professional service I received at Boyd on Regent. Miguel was exceptionally friendly and courteous. He spoke to me and explained the details and process my car would go thru upon repair. Explained the warranty in detail. He took the time! That's very important to me. He offered me a courtesy car to use while he worked on my car. That to is extremely important. When I picked up my car he had washed it and detailed the interior. His support staff was also extremely polite and patient at answering all my questions. Miguel treated his staff with respect and appreciation! The office was clean and in order. Thanks Miguel and your staff!!! Keep up the great work and services you offer. I would recommend Boyd on Regent to anyone! And should I ever need services of this type again, ... I brought my vehicle in for a vandalism claim, my front windshield was scratched up on the drivers side, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, they processed my claim in a timely manner and the repair was exceptional. The customer service was wonderful. We were received with a warm smile and greetings. We felt very welcome. The receptionist Amy was very pleasant.. She introduced herself and asked what we needed. We also introduced ourselves and ask to speak with Miguel. Who is the manager. She asked to have a seat while she went to look for him on the shop floor. Amy returned with Miguel, who introduced himself and our hands. I told him what my problem was and he said that he would help find a favorable solution. I was having problem with MPI, and he got the help I needed to repair my broken glass for my Nissan Sunroof. I was there on a Wednesday and the following Wednesday I took my car in I got my car at 4pm that same day. I was provided with a car at no extra charge. The service was excellent and very efficient.
