I came into Boyd Autobody on Scurfield on Friday, May 5 to get information about getting my driver side window replaced. I was feeling overwhelmed and upset with the events leading up to coming into Boyd. I dealt with Brian and he made me feel a lot better. He took care of everything and did it in such a friendly manner. He offered to vacuum the glass and put on a piece of plastic until my appt on Monday which really helped put me at ease. Even if this is your policy (to vacuum and put on the plastic), Brian still made me feel like a valued customer. I would definitely come back again and recommend your company, specifically this location, to family and friends. On a side note, my husband picked up the vehicle on Monday and dealt with someone named Ed. My husband thought the customer service was excellent as well. Thank you!

The guys in the office were super friendly and hard working. There was a big mix-up with my claim, but they sorted everything out for me. Ontop of that the repairs done on my car were spot on.

Amazed at the complete service I received...I literally dropped off our car keys and picked them up at the end. Boyd took care of EVERYTHING! My experience was great from start to finish. All staff encountered, particularly Brian, were welcoming, informative, attentive and gracious. The customer service at this particular location is exceptional. My repairs were completed earlier than expected and my vehicle looks good as new. My 17 year old son backed into a snowbank recently putting a pretty good dent on the fibreglass bumper of our Honda Civic. I took it into Boyd to get an estimate to have it popped out and was very pleasantly surprised to have them offer to do it free of charge whenever I would like to drop it by. The next week I took it in, and as promised, within 1/2 hour the dent was gone. Very pleasant friendly people to deal with! I will continue to take my business to Boyd!

I was very happy with my service. Moon Goo K. explained everything to me and was very pleasant. The technician, Mitch K. did a super job on replacing my windshield and noticed wiper blades in my front seat. He offered to put them on for me and I was super grateful being a woman who has to do everything now that my husband suffered a stroke and used to do the things that needed to be done on the car. Brian W. was very helpful and just a nice guy and smiled a lot. Kootoes to everyone at Boyds on Scurfield. Oh and I even got to see the color of my car because it was washed. Thanks so much

I am not good at English, but I can meet one staff (MOONGU K.) who speak same language in shop. I could be explained everything by him with same language . It made me so comfortable and credit to shop. And all staffs are so kind and smiling. thanks.

My Dodge Caravan needed some repair work after a side door panel/casement became loose. The staff members at Boyd Autobody were courteous and helpful, and they understood exactly what I wanted.The technician at Boyd Autobody quickly completed the repairs while I waited (about 30 mins), and they did not charge me anything for the repair work. I am very satisfied with the repair work, and the overall experience. Highly recommended.
