Program Guidelines

• Referrer must be identified before an offer is made to the candidate.
• Both the referrer and the referred technician must be actively employed at the time of each payout.
• General Managers can participate if the referred technician is hired at a different location.
• HR, Market Managers, and Executive Management Team members are not eligible for referral bonuses.
• On-call and temporary employees are not eligible to participate.
• All referral payments are subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.
