Wow what an experience! Unfortunately I have visited a number of auto body shops over the years in Edmonton and Calgary and this is by far the best place for exceptional customer service, quality of repairs and a clean waiting area. I was not expecting such top notch customer service (regular proactive calls from pleasant, professional staff from 3 different staff members), detailing inside my vehicle and great work. I would definitely return and recommend this location to others!

Excellent customer service very friendly and fast . They phoned me every couple days to keep me in touch and also to give me the details of the progress. The shop did an excellent 5 out of 5 rating to the repairs and also emailed me with step by step pictures of the tear down. My vehicle was cleaned inside and outside beyond expectations. I am very happy with the service and will recommend anyone to use this body shop. Thanks for all your hard work!

I had work done with this company before the name change (Imperial Collison). The service was top notch so I came back. Was a bit apprehensive because of the name change but I was not disappointed in the work done. Customer service was excellent. The lady at the front desk and the gentleman I dealt with were oh so nice. They kept me updated at each stage of the process. Work was completed within the estimated time. Finished product was very good. They even washed and cleaned the inside of my vehicle. Thank you Boyd for that. I really appreciate it. Overall it was an excellent service.

I HIGHLY recommend Boyd Autobody & Glass! I had such a pleasant experience recently from the taking my car in for a quote to have the taillights repaired. I was provided 3 quotes based on the options I had inquired about. I booked my appointment and was able to schedule the repair 2 days later. I had my car in first thing in the morning and it was done within a half hour! And the parts that I paid for 2 days prior were lower in price so my overall repair was less than originally quoted. Very friendly and reputable staff . Any further body repair I will definitely be back and I will refer all my friends and family. Thank you!!

fast and efficient service, these guys went above and beyond ensuring my bumper was quickly looked after as well as doing an amazing job cleaning the interior of my car. I was shocked after dropping my car off monday morning that it was ready by wednesday afternoon. Thank you for such a great job, the bumper and vehicle look great!

I brought 2016 Jetta here a couple of weeks back with scratches in the paint from a hit and run. Boyd Autobody was able to restore it to new and at a reasonable price. The service was fantastic and I would highly recommend using them. Randy was most helpful!

As promised this is my feedback from after the work has been complete. Top Notch! The first repair facility said 4 days! Boyd took my Ford Edge in the morning and had it finished by the end of the day. Did they take shortcuts? Not that I can see, I think they take great pride in service and customer satisfaction and did an awesome job! I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend Boyd for service, quality, and an overall great experience !

Customer service is outstanding, don't make the mistake of going to anyone else. My insurance company gave me their closest repair facility to my location, they disappointed me greatly and that was just through the estimate process. Boyd has me in for estimate and repair the following day, extremely satisfied thus far and will update when the repair is complete. I'm sure I won't be disappointed!
