Came in to have my car appraised and a nice man said give me you're keys He came back 5 minutes later and my bumper damage was gone except for a small mark. He even touched it up No charge. I had a different repair shop quote me about $750.00 to fix If I ever need a body shop this is where I will go.

I was impressed with the service I received. The vehicle was repaired on time (actually one day earlier than anticipated). The employees were friendly and efficient, going over the repairs with me. The young lady that dropped me off and picked me up when repairs were finished was very pleasant. I would like to thank Chris (who appraised the vehicle) and Linda at the front desk, for their kindness in dealing with a rather upset "senior citizen" over the fact that the vehicle might get written off.

John was very good at explaining all of my options so that I could consider what decision would be best for our situation. His crew also did a nice job buffing out a surface scratch and filling a small dent. This was a nice touch and great for future business. I have worked with this shop before and I am totally satisfied.

I had Randy G. as my appraiser, and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. He gave me estimates for an accident that happened a while ago that I needed for selling my car, and he also gave me advice on how much he thinks I should sell it for, and a good website to calculate that information. He also helped remove a scratch on the paint. He was really friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable and happy afterwards. I will definitely come back if I need auto body or glass repair.
