First Collision I ever had, my bumper was hanging there on one side and I got sick of looking at it. Everyone at Boyd's was very polite and understanding. and thank you Andrea for making a great first impression and last impression at the door :). They were very timely as well! Not to mention my car is fixed and VERY clean! Very impressed! I would recommend them to everyone! Oh, and they dealt with insurance with everything, which can make anyone's life easier! Thank you!

This company is by far one of the best that I have ever dealt with. Their professionalism and impeccable detail to the work that they did for me has won my business by far. I have utilized their services on 3 occasions now and truthfully it is above and beyond what anyone could hope for. Every one of their staff is friendly and helpful. In febuary I had my truck stolen in B.C. And recovered in Edmonton . In the end the insurance co wrote it off. I dealt primarily with Amelie W. and as long and torturous as the insurance co made it she was there every step of the way to be as helpful as possible . She made a frustrating situation a lot better than it could of been. She is very adept at her job and very kind she is a great asset to your company. Although I dint get to really use your services your customer service was five star. Thanks

We have used this auto body shop in the past and we have always been happy. This time was no different. I inspected the quality of work done and again it is almost perfect. The car took a lot longer then the original "6 days" we were quoted but at the end of the day it was the fault of the people supplying the parts. I think 4 hoods needed to be ordered, everyone one of them coming in damaged, and I believe a headlight also took weeks to come in. Communication between Boyd's and myself was great, they kept me updated weekly and at times daily, this kind of service is much appreciated. Overall I am very happy with my experience, I would use Boyd's again and I would recommend them to anyone.
