In febuary I had my truck stolen in B.C. And recovered in Edmonton . In the end the insurance co wrote it off. I dealt primarily with Amelie W. and as long and torturous as the insurance co made it she was there every step of the way to be as helpful as possible . She made a frustrating situation a lot better than it could of been. She is very adept at her job and very kind she is a great asset to your company. Although I dint get to really use your services your customer service was five star. Thanks

I am very pleased with the service I rec'd when I had my vehicle in for repair. I was informed of the progress of the work by Phil. The job was even completed a day earlier than promised!! We have used this auto body shop in the past and we have always been happy. This time was no different. I inspected the quality of work done and again it is almost perfect. The car took a lot longer then the original "6 days" we were quoted but at the end of the day it was the fault of the people supplying the parts. I think 4 hoods needed to be ordered, everyone one of them coming in damaged, and I believe a headlight also took weeks to come in. Communication between Boyd's and myself was great, they kept me updated weekly and at times daily, this kind of service is much appreciated. Overall I am very happy with my experience, I would use Boyd's again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service.The Manager and staff are very friendly and helpful.The work was excellent.I went back after a year to adjust something and I received excellent service.I will certainly recommend this shop to my friends and family.

Service and timing were done perfectly and fast, just really disappointed in the cleaning. The product they used to wipe down my leather stunk and made me sick.

The service I received at the St. Albert location was excellent. The staff were friendly and informative. The repairs done on my vehicle were exactly what I expected and more! I am impressed with how clean my vehicle was inside and out when I picked it up.. I would definately recommend Boyd's.

Was in a car accident when the roads were SO icy. Boyd's Auto body took the pressure of having the car repaired. The customer service was excellent from the first call to the time we picked up our car. They did a phenomenal job on the car and made sure that they addressed all our inquiries. I would return anytime although I am hoping i don't have to :)

From the estimate through the repair the service was excellent! Done on time and for the amount quoted. I was impressed with how clean my vehicle was - inside and out. I wasn't expecting the detailing - I'm a bit embarrassed on how it looked when I brought it in :) Thanks to Craig, Sarah, Ron and the shop staff! I hope to not need your services again, but won't hesitate to return if I do.

Awesome work was done. the repair took a little longer that originally estimated due to new findings. I was kept apprised of the situation by the St. Albert office. I really appreciated the interior & exterior cleaning that was done!! Awesome

Excellent communication. Despite extreme delays from sgi for authorization, kept me in the loop, continued to press sgi, generally did all they could. Also arranged for me to return my rental car to a location nearby, saving me an hour's time. Kim was my main contact there and she was unfailingly friendly and helpful. I am singing Boyd's praises to all and sundry. The work was well done, but I expected that. The rest was extra.
