Service and timing were done perfectly and fast, just really disappointed in the cleaning. The product they used to wipe down my leather stunk and made me sick.

The service I received at the St. Albert location was excellent. The staff were friendly and informative. The repairs done on my vehicle were exactly what I expected and more! I am impressed with how clean my vehicle was inside and out when I picked it up.. I would definately recommend Boyd's.

Was in a car accident when the roads were SO icy. Boyd's Auto body took the pressure of having the car repaired. The customer service was excellent from the first call to the time we picked up our car. They did a phenomenal job on the car and made sure that they addressed all our inquiries. I would return anytime although I am hoping i don't have to :)

From the estimate through the repair the service was excellent! Done on time and for the amount quoted. I was impressed with how clean my vehicle was - inside and out. I wasn't expecting the detailing - I'm a bit embarrassed on how it looked when I brought it in :) Thanks to Craig, Sarah, Ron and the shop staff! I hope to not need your services again, but won't hesitate to return if I do.

Awesome work was done. the repair took a little longer that originally estimated due to new findings. I was kept apprised of the situation by the St. Albert office. I really appreciated the interior & exterior cleaning that was done!! Awesome

Excellent communication. Despite extreme delays from sgi for authorization, kept me in the loop, continued to press sgi, generally did all they could. Also arranged for me to return my rental car to a location nearby, saving me an hour's time. Kim was my main contact there and she was unfailingly friendly and helpful. I am singing Boyd's praises to all and sundry. The work was well done, but I expected that. The rest was extra.

Great experience which started with Intact Insurance who made my appointment with your shop. When I arrived the women at the front desk was very friendly, helpfull and organized. My vehicle was checked over and parts were ordered. When the part came in defective, I was promptly called and another appointment was set for the repair. On repair day, the woman at the front desk had my file and I just had to sign a few papers. When I picked up my vehicle I found it had been expertly detailed. That was a very nice surprise. Thank you! Truly a great experience.
