It was very easy to book a quote and arrange a repair time. My vehicle was ready to go 2 days earlier than I was quoted, it was clean inside and out - really amazing! was not expecting that level of service. Impressed with the overall experience and my car looks good as new again.

Great experience which started with Intact Insurance who made my appointment with your shop. When I arrived the women at the front desk was very friendly, helpfull and organized. My vehicle was checked over and parts were ordered. When the part came in defective, I was promptly called and another appointment was set for the repair. On repair day, the woman at the front desk had my file and I just had to sign a few papers. When I picked up my vehicle I found it had been expertly detailed. That was a very nice surprise. Thank you! Truly a great experience.

Please note that Ron B. as Manager of your St. Albert Service Centre has "Excellent Customer Skills". I recently had my 2009 Ford Ranger towed to your St. Albert Service Centre after being rear ended in November of 2014. Unfortunately the vehicle was written off but Ron treated me with dignity and was very honest as to the situation with my truck. I cannot say the same level of service was received from my insurance company. Ron and Christina know how to treat customers. THANKS!!!

Boyd did a great job repairing the damage to my car. They kept me informed as to the progress, completed the repairs in a timely manner. If I ever need auto body repair again in the future, I will definitely go back to Boyd. I would highly recommend their services.

Customer service started as soon as I walked in the door. I was there for a collision through insurance and also chose to have my windshield replaced. The professionalism started with Amolie (spelling?) at reception and continued with John who gave the quote and Phil with the final inspection. They seem like they all enjoy their job and have smiles on their faces; that makes a difference when you aren't happy you were in a collision. Thanks.

Amazing quality of work done on my vehicle, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They took care of everything and even took care of getting my rental, and made the process very exceptional. And Erica the at the administration area was very warm and welcoming veryeasy to talk to if I had questions or concerns, and I greatly appreciated the calls and messages to give me updates on my vehicle.
