Please note that Ron B. as Manager of your St. Albert Service Centre has "Excellent Customer Skills". I recently had my 2009 Ford Ranger towed to your St. Albert Service Centre after being rear ended in November of 2014. Unfortunately the vehicle was written off but Ron treated me with dignity and was very honest as to the situation with my truck. I cannot say the same level of service was received from my insurance company. Ron and Christina know how to treat customers. THANKS!!!

Boyd did a great job repairing the damage to my car. They kept me informed as to the progress, completed the repairs in a timely manner. If I ever need auto body repair again in the future, I will definitely go back to Boyd. I would highly recommend their services.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I had the pleasure with dealing with Mike S. and he was professional, courteous and provided a quick estimate and worked within my time line to have the vehicle fixed. As a Insurance Brokerage owner, I look to refer my clients to organization where I know they will be treated "RIGHT" I can attest personally that I am completely confident that they will enjoy the service from Mike and the other BOYD staff as much as I did. Customer service started as soon as I walked in the door. I was there for a collision through insurance and also chose to have my windshield replaced. The professionalism started with Amolie (spelling?) at reception and continued with John who gave the quote and Phil with the final inspection. They seem like they all enjoy their job and have smiles on their faces; that makes a difference when you aren't happy you were in a collision. Thanks.

Amazing quality of work done on my vehicle, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They took care of everything and even took care of getting my rental, and made the process very exceptional. And Erica the at the administration area was very warm and welcoming veryeasy to talk to if I had questions or concerns, and I greatly appreciated the calls and messages to give me updates on my vehicle.

This is my second auto body works that I have done with Boyd Auto body & glass 3520 32 St NE,Calgary, AB. April 2014 they repaired my wife's car and I was extremely satisfied. When my car was in an accident in October 2014 Once again they did a great job. My car looks fantastic - you'd never know that it was in an accident! I had a great experience at Boyd Auto Body Works! Great staff that really goes above and beyond to create a good customer experience. Thanks once again Alexander J. thank you for all your work and effort. Highly recommended.

I recently had my Truck fixed at this location, and the staff there was top notch, they had my estimate done quickly, and booked in the next week. They had my truck in and out the same day. I was impressed from with everyone that had something to do with the repairs to my truck. Jen, Jill, Aly, Jim, and the Body Tech Gord were all amazing. I will definitely be back if I ever need repairs again. I would recommend anyone I know to go to a Boyd Repair Facility
