Right from the beginning when I entered the building, I was pleasantly greeted by the office staff and then someone came out to estimate my vehicle. I was given clear direction what to do next. In the end, when I went to pick up my vehicle, same friendly greeting from office staff. The repair work was done within the promised time. My vehicle was like new on the outside and when I got in I couldn't believe how shiny and clean it was! Thankyou!!

This is our Third time taking our Vehicle to Boyd Auto Body, we returned again because we had received exceptional service the first 2 times. However they have managed to exceed our expectations yet again !!! We cannot express our gratitude for the amount of dedication this team put forth for our repairs. I know they were constantly communicating with our difficult insurance company to ensure the very best result were achieved. They made great efforts to keep in contact with us, to ensure we were aware of all the step by step achievements that were made to get our vehicle repaired in this very very very lengthly process, All do to my Difficult insurance company! Overall, a very good experience. Excellent service!!! Had a great experience In Boyd ,32 ST NE. They took care of me and I had my car back in no time...All cleaned up (inside and outside) and the repair was amazing. You can't even tell there was anything, it looks brand new. I would definitely come back here if this ever happens again... Thank you Alexander Joseph and the folks at Boyd's!

I am impressed with the entire operation from reception to management. I was treated with respect and courtesy, which is not something I am used to when dealing with a repair issue. I was given repair options, which saved me a few hundred Dollars. I did not go through insurance and the front bumper of my Escalade needed a small repair, the dealer quoted me triple the cost for the work that Boyd did. So thank you Boyd, I will definitely recommend you to all my friends.

Excellent, Excellent customer service from the time when I came in to have the car estimated for the damage, customer service right down to the fellows who fixed the car and to the fellow who walked me to the car to look at what had been fixed. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone that needs work done on their car. Kudos to all at Boyd's for great customer service and workmanship!

Having your car fixed is not generally a positive experience. In my case, despite needing to have my car fixed as a result of a hit and run, I had a great experience with Boyd. The staff was friendly, and made the process easy. They called and emailed whenever they had alerts as to the status of my vehicle, and even pushed it through faster because of a cancellation. They did a great job on my car, and I will definitely be referring business to them. I was planning to write a thank you email to the team, but am happy to share it on here for more people to see.

My car was so CLEAN when I picked it up ! I feel in love with my car all over again. Linda at the front desk is exceptional at customer service. She went the extra mile to get in touch with my insurance company to clear up deductible issue. I really appreciate her approach and customer service. Thank you Boyd.!!

My car is as good as new! Excellent work, thank you. The whole thing from first phone call, to getting the estimate, help with the rental car, to getting the car back was very smooth, very professional. Some hidden damage was found, and I was promptly informed about the extra couple of days it would take to finish the work..However, I hope that I won't need your services again for a long, long time. This is my second time at Boyd's for repairs after an accident. I always get excellent service there, and the staff is really, really nice. I've recommended Boyd's to friends and would take my car there again should I have another accident. I also appreciate picking up a nice clean car, both inside and out.
