Service was Awesome. Pamela at reception made many efforts to accomadate my schedule around my toddler. Also, Kino, was very helpful and professional. Both Pamela and Kino kept me informed as to the status on my vehicle. Overall they are very pleasant and a professional business with great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future. In closing with the pick-up of my vehicle Randy was very informitive and helpful as well.

Great repair work. Took a few days longer than originally projected but it was worth the wait. Loved the way my Jeep was cleaned outside as well as inside. Keep up the good work. Any other body or glass work I may need in the future, I will be returning to your establishment and will easily recommend other people I know to Boyds. I just want to thank Boyd's for their great service and workmanship. My Nissan needed more work then the original estimate and took a little longer, but I was always informed twice a week of the progress. Boyd's dealt with the insurance company and my life simple. Thanks again. Gerry

The customer service I received at this Boyd Autobody was absolutely amazing. The day I went to drop my car off we found out that the third party's insurance company had cancelled my appointment without having had informed me first. I was very upset, but the lady working the front desk was extremely helpful and took it upon herself to sort everything out for me. I was able to drop my car off as planned and upon completion of repairs, my car looked great; the paint match was flawless! I would not hesitate to take my car back here if I ever required repairs again. It seems more and more difficult to find good service nowadays, but my experience here was wonderful. Thanks for everything!

They set up an appointment for the next day :) They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The appraiser, Archie, truly knows his stuff. He followed miniscule trails of damage to uncover the true issues. He got the estimate prepared quickly; while I was at the location. When they realized the first appointment was over a month away they suggested a different location so I could get the repairs done faster. Where there was confusion with the other location, they called and cleared up the misunderstanding so I could get my car in at the end of this month instead of next. It was a very good experience following the pain of an accident. Thanks gang! Hopefully my April 17 repairs will go as smoothly.
