I was so impressed with your service. You were able to get my car in quickly and you did the repairs properly. I have had to deal with other companies in the past and you surpassed them by far. Thank you so much for your fantastic work. I hope I never will be in need of autobody services again but if I do, then I'm requesting Boyd's!

The staff were very professional and friendly. There were several mix-ups that caused an extensive delay. The original estimate indicated my vehicle would be in the shop for 3 days. I brought it in on April 10th. Firstly, the wrong part was ordered/delivered (or not enough parts?). And then a second part was ordered, but was discovered to be damaged before installation. Finally, the third part(s) were orderd and installed properly. I was then able to pick up my vehicle on May 3rd (about 3.5 weeks!). Although the staff were good to work through these issues, it still caused a headache for me. For what should've been a simple job (original est was $1200), it turned into a bit of a minor fiasco. The cleaned vehicle was a nice surprise.

I was in to get a bracket on the side panel of my door and I must say the entire staff is a pleasure to meet with. They fixed the bracket in under 5 minutes and did it complimentary!!! I would recommend this particular location to anyone. I've used it my past 4 vehicle repairs and they are the best!!! Thanks

I received excellent service from the folks at Boyd's. I took my vehicle in for an estimate and when I picked it up I was told exactly what the damage was and was given an estimate on the time it would take to repair. When I dropped my vehicle off for the actual repair, it was quick and painless. Much to my surprise, my repairs were completed earlier than expected and within the estimated value. Thanks, again, to the people at the Edmonton Trail Boyds. They were friendly courteous and knowledgable. I would definitely go back!

Great servive from Nathan, Nick and the crew. I got my vehicle back in two days. At first it looked like it was going to be weeks but they dug deeper and came through. A special thanks to the detailing guys who cleaned and polished my truck.

Jayson, Pamela and the rest of the staff at the 32nd St. location were extremely professional and made certain that the repair was done perfectly, even to the point of having me return when the fit of my rear bumper was off a smidge. Their catch, not mine. Professionalism can sometimes be efficient and cold. This was not the case at this location. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. The progress reports were especially appreciated which allowed me to make the necessary changes to my very busy schedule well in of advance of taking delivery. Thanks to all!

Had hood vandalism key-scratch repaired. 25 year old vehicle. Excellent work! estimate dead-on. time frame exact. Matched an out of stock, vintage racing stripe. Jeep picked up super-detailed clean in and out. I will highly recommend. Thanks!

Service was Awesome. Pamela at reception made many efforts to accomadate my schedule around my toddler. Also, Kino, was very helpful and professional. Both Pamela and Kino kept me informed as to the status on my vehicle. Overall they are very pleasant and a professional business with great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future. In closing with the pick-up of my vehicle Randy was very informitive and helpful as well.

Great repair work. Took a few days longer than originally projected but it was worth the wait. Loved the way my Jeep was cleaned outside as well as inside. Keep up the good work.
