The customer service I received at this Boyd Autobody was absolutely amazing. The day I went to drop my car off we found out that the third party's insurance company had cancelled my appointment without having had informed me first. I was very upset, but the lady working the front desk was extremely helpful and took it upon herself to sort everything out for me. I was able to drop my car off as planned and upon completion of repairs, my car looked great; the paint match was flawless! I would not hesitate to take my car back here if I ever required repairs again. It seems more and more difficult to find good service nowadays, but my experience here was wonderful. Thanks for everything!

They set up an appointment for the next day :) They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The appraiser, Archie, truly knows his stuff. He followed miniscule trails of damage to uncover the true issues. He got the estimate prepared quickly; while I was at the location. When they realized the first appointment was over a month away they suggested a different location so I could get the repairs done faster. Where there was confusion with the other location, they called and cleared up the misunderstanding so I could get my car in at the end of this month instead of next. It was a very good experience following the pain of an accident. Thanks gang! Hopefully my April 17 repairs will go as smoothly.

I would highly recommend this location of Boyd Auto to everyone. The service was great, and the work was exceptional. Completed in a very timely matter. Constant updates were very much appreciated. I never had to wonder what the progress was on my vehicle. Very friendly, courteous, and professional staff. This place is five star!!

My experience at this location was beyond excellent even from the moment I walked in the door and the receptionist greeted me. I originally had my truck booked into a different autobody shop that my insurance company had on their approved imaging shops list however their lack of customer service and honesty was appalling, therefore I called this Boyd Autobody location and they were able to accomodate my repairs in a timely fashion so as I did not incur any additional charges on my rental vehicle. Not only did I receive updates through the entire process but in the end my truck was totally detailed inside and out. I definately will and already have reccommended this autobody shop to my friends. Thanks for a great job.

Brian Haslam explained the repair in detail and the match of the paint was superb, your painter knows his craft (please let him know). I am writting because I was so VERY impressed with not only the quality of work that was done to my vehicle but also because of the AMAZING service and friendly staff. We came in and they were friendly right away, checked out my vehicle and gave us a quote with in minutes. Then we were told they would be able to get it done with in few hours. Because I needed to be home for my kids they then got another staff member to give myself and my youngest son a ride home, which was all the way in the FAR NW. VERY impressive, I have never experienced such great and friendly service. Then when my car was done they were willing to come and pick me up to get my car (even with as far as I live from them) or deliver it to me, I was totally shocked at the lengths they were willing to go to help out their customer. I cannot say enough good things about ... this place and their services. We will definatly go there again if/when we need any furure repairs/services done and will definetly recommend then to other people.
