I droped my car off Oct. 12, 2012 to have hail and driver rocker panel replaced, Car was ready for pick up Oct. 19, 2012. Parts were broken when being removed, there was more damage to car after repairs were fixed.

My car got damaged by hail, but previous to the hail damage there were a bunch of scratches along the passenger doors( we have no idea what happened) that were not included in the estimate as it was not caused by the hail, but Brent the painter took his time to fix them free of charge because they like to do things right and I was very pleased that they did this for me and greatly appreciated the extra work Brent did.

I came in for an estimate for my work vehicle. I was greeted by a friendly office and happy with how quickly I got in. Paxton Mann walked me through the repair and was extremely helpful. I visited the Boyd Autbody location in Douglasdale, Calgary on August 15, 2012. My service representative was Paxton Mann. This was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time - Paxton was able to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently and was super friendly and helpful. The quote he gave me on an additional repair I inquired about was very reasonable (and much less compared to other autobody shops for the same work/parts.) I would definitely return here and recommend Paxton to my family or friends. Thanks!!

I had my vehicle repaired at the location close to West edmonton Mall. Right from the beginning, the service was out standing. A great greeting as I walked into the shop and through out the whole process. It was my brothers truck and I had no Idea about what needed to be done, and the process of repairs, prep, paint and also included a free detail. I was shocked at an office full of women, but made for great conversation :) Repairs look great and i would most def come back and recommend repairs to friends.

"The service at Boyd Autobody and Glass in Douglassdale was excellent. The receptionist was very pleasant and friendly. I was thrilled with the speed and efficiency of the work. I did not expect it to be completed so quickly. In this day and age where excellent or even good customer service is so hard to come by this was this was a pleasant experience indeed. The truck was not only expertly repaired but thoroughly cleaned inside and out. A far cry from "service" that we encountered at Southgate Chev four years ago where we had previously taken the truck for repairs. Not only did they take about six weeks to fix the damage, they replaced our new but dented tailgate with an old one which was badly scratched on the inside. The decal faded shortly there after. Hi Paul, I wanted to take a moment & let you know how I really appreciate all the help she was able to provide me on a very difficult claim for everyone involved. Every time I called in she was more then willing to help me out & if she couldn't answer my questions she was able to get the answer or let me talk to someone who could. This claim required countless calls & emails between us & I never had to worry on your end because I knew Charity was always on top of things. I really want you to understand how helpful this was as this claim was a nightmare in every way possible. (I am not good with words) but am very thankful for Charity.
