What a job well done. I took my truck to Boyd's for hail damage repairs, estimated by the insurance co. at $2000. Final tally was $4500 all in. But the work was top notch. There is no damage visible, all dents have been repaired, hood and fender were repainted and the paint match is perfect with my red truck. The work looks great, has a great warranty as well. I loved the updates on Tues. and Thurs., they kept me informed on what's going on, I never felt out of the loop. And the detailing job done when the work was done, perfect. I'm a picky guy when it comes to detailing my truck, and they did a wonderful job making a 6 yr old truck look new. Thanks to all the guys at Boyd's for making me a repeat customer if necessary, you really earned top marks from me.

Very super service and parts at this location. Took it to Boyd for repairs after a collision in early September. Have had nothing but problems since. Headlights were not aligned correctly, radiator fluid was not refilled and now the replaced headlight doesn't work. Never going back and will be reporting shoddy workmanship to my insurance company.

I just wanted to mention that my car was beautifully repaired and detailed. You know I’ve been in your shop for repairs a few times. Please don’t feel badly about the mishaps this past week. I know that’s not how things are usually done in your shop and, being in the business, I know unexpected things happen sometimes. I’m sure I’ll be back in the future! I droped my car off Oct. 12, 2012 to have hail and driver rocker panel replaced, Car was ready for pick up Oct. 19, 2012. Parts were broken when being removed, there was more damage to car after repairs were fixed.

My car got damaged by hail, but previous to the hail damage there were a bunch of scratches along the passenger doors( we have no idea what happened) that were not included in the estimate as it was not caused by the hail, but Brent the painter took his time to fix them free of charge because they like to do things right and I was very pleased that they did this for me and greatly appreciated the extra work Brent did.
