Boyd provided excellent service, they accommodated me before their opening hours, got me in for an appointment right away, transferred over my files to a location that was convenient for me, and even cleaned out my car! That was by far the best part :) I would for sure go back to Boyd for any repair work.

I really enjoy this location, as soon as you walk through the door, you get a very friendly welcome. My second time was good as the first time. When sitting in there little office I always have a great conversation with them while they do there work, there like my new family. when my insurance company asked where I would like to go and my first response was Boyd's on Edmonton trail. I was also very surprised on how fast I got my car back, as they told me it would be a 3 day job, then they call me the very next day to say my car was fixed and I could pick it up any time. I did not expect that at all, it was a great surprise. Every time I need body work done on my car I will continue to go right to them thanks Jim, Andrew, and the wonderful lady at the door ( I cannot remember her name :( )

Was absolutely impressed by the whole shop. However Paxton Mann stood out he went above and beyond my expectations. He answered all my questions with patience and walked me through the repair process. I will recommend Paxton and Boyd Autobody to all my friends and family.

"My Feedback is actually in response to a warranty repair that was conducted June 4 - 7. Approximately 2 and a half years ago, I had my Mazda 3 repaired at Boyd through my insurance. 2 years later I noticed that the paint had started to flake off of the front of the car where the majority of the repair had taken place. I brought my vehicle to the same Boyd I had gotten it repaired to see if it was covered by the warranty. I have had many experiences in the past with warranties having "fine print" or time limits on them. So when I came in, I was ready for a fight. The exact opposite happened. I was greeted by the Manager, Jim Audette, and he proceeded to take a look at my vehicle in a very timely manner. (less than a 2 minute wait) And I understand that it was a very busy time for them which makes it even more impressive. ... Immediately upon inspection he replied that the flaking was absolutely not supposed to happen and that it was covered under the lifetime warranty. It was a great relief to me as I wasn't in a position to drop money on the repair. I spoke with him also about the fact that I work in aviation and am on call a lot and would require a rental. Jim assured me that this would be no problem. We proceeded with booking and I was told it would take about month to get the car in. This was understandable being how busy they were. Also, I understood that this way it would eliminate how long the car was away from me. A month later I took the car in and was literally picked up by enterprise in 3 minutes and brought over to their facility. From the time I dropped the car off to when I was in the rental headed to work, I bet less than 25 minutes had gone by. A big Kudos! The repair took exactly as long as anticipated and when I received my car back, it looked fantastic. They cleaned the inside and outside and had it sparkling. What I would like to point out is that this repair was done on warranty and they were receiving no additional money. They went the extra mile to make the process seamless and I was extremely pleased with the service of all of the staff there. This could have been a bad experience being that the original repair didn't go as planned but in the end, I will definitely will be coming back if I need anything done to my vehicles in the future. Hi there, I would just like to send out a big thank you to everyone involved with my 2006 Ford Escape I brought in yesterday for a back window replacement. My car was broken into Monday and I was super sour about the whole thing. My dad works for intact insurance and recommended you guys. I was blown away by the service (Rides to and from work while my car was getting serviced), and on top of that the quick turn around. Really appreciate it! The work done recently at Boyd Autobody and Glass (Edmonton Trail, Calgary) was exemplary in it's entirety and I highly recommend this place of business. From the first phone call to the time the car keys were handed back, I received courteous engagement with the with the process of being given a clear and detailed estimate, a follow-up call to outline work being done, and a verbal and written explanation of completed work. The service was done on time and as estimated. The body work was perfect, and guaranteed, and the detailing of the car was greatly appreciated.

I wanted to take the time this morning to comment on the customer service that I received while dealing with an insurance claim this past week. I find that I am more often than not writing managers and owners to comment on how poor their customer service has been and how much of my time, energy and money has been wasted. Today I am thrilled to be writing quite a different letter. Early on the morning of March 25 my husband and I were awoken to the Calgary Police knocking on our front door to advise us that my parked car had been pushed down the street by a suspected drunk driver. One of my first thoughts was, “I hope that they at least wrote the car off, that way all the hassle of insurance and autobody shops and car rentals, not to mention the deductable might be worth it.” I am currently expecting my first child and at the time of the ... accident I was 5 weeks from my delivery date. Having to deal with this was really not something else I needed to be worrying about. I called the insurance company later that day to report the accident and give all the information. The man I spoke to said that someone contact me the next business day, which given that it was Sunday at 8am I was not surprised to hear. Monday morning, before 9am Ruchika from Aviva called me to discuss the claim. She was very friendly and went out of her way to find a body shop that not only was close by but could also get my car in right away so that repairs could be done before the baby arrived. She put me in touch with Boyd Autobody and said they were expecting my call. I called Boyd right away and was booked for an appointment to have an estimate done within hours. When I got to Boyd the estimate was done quickly and Sidney, the appraiser went over everything that he found and we also discussed the possibility of hidden damage and potential damage to wheels and suspension as a result of the car being pushed. The receptionist, Emily, was able to book my car in for the following Tuesday (May 3). She also arranged the Rental through Enterprise and said that she would arrange to have them pick me up right when I dropped my car off so that I wouldn’t have to wait. Tuesday morning came around and at 9:30 I dropped my car off and as I turned around from handing Emily my keys, Kyle from Enterprise was there waiting to take me down to the Enterprise shop to fill out paper work and get a rental car. Kyle was super friendly and helpful in getting what I needed from my car into the rental. Once at Enterprise, Kyle and I filled out paper work and one of the other workers went to the back and brought out a toy truck for my four-year-old step-son (who I should add was with me at every stop alone the way). At this point I was amazed by the customer service from all three companies. I commented to my husband that night how amazing and easy this whole process had been. He laughed at me felt my forehead and asked if I was sick. On Thursday morning, Emily from Boyd called to say that my car would be ready and I could pick it up by 5. With work downtown and doctors appointment at 4 that day, there was no way that I would make it back down to the south end of the city. She arranged to have the keys and all the paper work waiting for me at Enterprise, so that I could pick my car up Saturday morning. I was able to pay the deductable over the phone so that I could have my car back for the weekend. Saturday morning I arrived at Enterprise, was given my keys, signed some papers and was then driven up to Boyd where my car was all fixed and waiting for me. Through this whole process, I have been just floored and how well I, along with my step son have been treated. Everyone was friendly, prompt and helpful. When I commented to a friend about the process she said that it must because I was so pregnant that they took pity on me. Maybe that was the case, however I get the impression that I would have received the same level of service without being the size of house! Whether that is the case or not, I have never received such amazing service, care and attention. At the end of the day, I felt like a valued customer, pregnant or not. I cannot express my gratitude to Ruchika, Sidney, Emily, Kyle and the other employees at Boyd and Enterprise who worked on my claim. At days away from going into labour, their amazing attitude and hard work have made this experience exponentially better than I ever could have hoped for. It is so refreshing to see that there are still companies that provide genuine customer service. I am rarely one to offer recommendations for products or services, but I can say without a doubt that I will always recommend Aviva, Boyd Autobody and Enterprise Rentals if ever I am asked. I continue to be satisfied with service at Boyds (Service Collision). I have been taking my vehicles there for many years. Terry Richter use to be the manager and he looked after us very well. Deanna Sullivan is providing the same great service. When i questioned the use of non OEM parts Gary assured me the Boyds only uses CAPA certified parts.When the non OEM hood was installed Gary was not satisfied with the fit up so a Honda hood was ordered and installed. Good job you guys,I hope I don't see you too soon!!

They did a great job and I love how clean your car is when they are done with it. The inside was cleaned and the outside was polished really nice. All I had done was a scratch on the bumper and they still went all out on the cleaning of the car. Will definitely be bring my car back to Boyd if I ever need another body repair.
