I took my Volvo XC90 to the Boyd Autobody and Glass in my neighbourhood after something hit my sunroof and smashed it while driving on the highway. I received a quick estimate and was most impressed when the salesperson offered to seal the broken sunroof, even though I had not committed to giving my business to his shop. That was one of the reasons I returned and did leave my vehicle for repair - customer service was obviously top of mind. Unfortunately, once the repair was underway the job turned out to be significantly more difficult that had originally been estimated. In the end, my car had been in the shop for 10 days, not one, and the final cost was $250 more than estimated. They, also, are very friendly, helpful and professional. It is enjoyable dealing with them. This is one of my first experiences dealling with an Autobody shop and it has been quite an experience. To whom it may concern, I am writing to tell you how impressed I am with Boyds Autobody, specifically Rob Randle. I came in with my Honda CRV for an estimate as I had some damage on the side. I was treated very well and Rob came right out and looked at it. He then took it in so that your crew could buff out what they could. I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism. Boyd's Autobody will now stand out becasue of Rob's outstanding customer service. I live very close by and will look forward to returning and referring others as well. I recently had my car into the above Boyds for a new from bumper. Randy and I did an inspection before I left with the car and I was not happy with the way the bumper fit. Randy agreed and made the necessary calls etc. to have it replaced. I picked the car up last week and I was very pleased with the new bumper. I found both Randy and Charity at the above Boyds very pleasant and accomodating. Please make sure that they are commended for their excellent customer service.

I just had my 2008 KIA Magentis repaired and it looks fantastic. From the day I walked in to this office all services were done in a professional. From the receptionist to the Auto Body Estimator I was made to feel at home. Doug Young thoroughly explained the damage to car and what would be needed to repair it. Doug is a very personable & knowledgable man, and a pleasure to do business with. All details up to my rental car were taken care of. Hello, Just wanted say that I really appreciated the promptness and professionalism of the staff at this location. It was a seamless - right from the first time I called and spoke to Melissa and than came in and had Sidney look at the damage to my car, I felt confident that the job would get done correctly. This has not been my experience with other autobody shops I have been to in the past. Thanks for doing such a great job!

Exceptional service and workmanship received from everyone at Boyd Autobody. I would like to mention two people which whom I had personal contact and who were courteous, thorough and professional. These were the young lady at the reception desk and the estimator Ahmed. I will recommend Boyd to anyone requiring auto repairs.

We want to thank you ever so much for the super job on our vehicle (2005 Trail Blazer LT)!! The collision repairs were done Sept. 14th/2011. Our vehicle looked brand new when I went to pick it up, great job on the wash & cleaning just like we bought it new. "Had collision repair done 5 years ago, took it back for some "clear coat peeling", was asked for the the invorce-one look and, "no problem, when can you bring it in". Had my van back in 2 days. Good job, and good service, the forman phoned to say it was ready, I needed a ride-he came himself."

"From the time I arrived at Boyd Auto Body, the staff was very friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable with stepping me though the process of my vehicle to be repaired. I was explained in detail what would take place, and the process. Boyd's staff arranged for the Rental from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I was updated on the work being done on my vehicle, which was greatly appreciated. My vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. I returned my rental and was very pleased to see my vehicle sitting waiting for my arrival. Sid went over all work that was done, and escorted me to my vehicle for delivery. I would like to thank your staff for handling this "Collision Repair" with the upmost care, and consideration towards its customers.
