I wanted to tell you about the excellent service we have received at Boyd Autobody in Red Deer, Alberta. Our van was involved in an accident in June. This van is equipped with the VMI system as my husband is in a wheelchair and requires the ramp for transportation. From the accident, the passenger side of the van was hit which resulted in damage to the door and ramp. It was necessary to get parts out from Arizona, due to the VMI package. Once these parts came in, I dropped my van off at the Red Deer shop on July 4 and I was informed it would take approx 2 weeks to be fixed due to the extent of the damage. (We have 2 family weddings in this next 2 weeks, so I was figuring out how I was going to get my husband to these as the weddings are both out of town.) So, I picked up my rental vehicle and went on my way. On July 8 I received a call ... that my van was ready to be picked up. I couldn’t believe it…When I asked how it got completed so quickly the informed me that, because they knew my husband is in a wheelchair and they know this is his source of transportation, they gave the repairs top priority. I have to tell you this brought tears to my eyes ….your associates in the Red Deer shop truly care about people. When people with disabilities have so many other stresses in their lives, something like this makes such a huge difference. I work in an office of 33 people and they all know my story….I have recommended Boyd to everyone. I commend you for employing only the best in your company! read more

I would like t thank the staff and auto body mechanics for the great job in repairing our 2005 Toyota Matrix. From our intial appraisal to the completion of the job we were very impressed with the quality of work, the updates on the vehicles process and the timely fashion in which the job was done. The office staff were great and did everyting they could to make this process simple, easy and enjoyable. We would not take any of our vehicles to any other body shop. Thanks Again Bob Bond

My experience with Boyds Autobody in St Albert was exceptional. The people that assisted me were professional, friendly, helpful and considerate. My vehicle was fixed within a very reasonable amount of time, earlier than expected actually, and looks as if it's brand new (it was a new vehicle in October) I will definitely refer friends and family to Boyds in the future, and should I happen to need body or windshield repair, I will definitely be a returning customer. The staff were excellent, particularly Matt and the receptionist (I don't know her name)

My truck was run over by a bulldozer in March. From my first contact with Kevin Morgan of Boyd's in St Albert, I knew I had a professional collision advisor. He did everything to make this extemely difficult situation as good as possible. My Insurance Company completely failed in their due diligence to resolve this claim. Without the tireless and professional assistance of Kevin Morgan, this claim would have lasted much much longer. As it was, it took over 9 weeks to resolve, all because of the incopetence of the insurance company. If I ever need a collision repair shop in the future, I will use your facilities and I will ask for Kevin Morgan, as I know I will be treated professionally, fairly and with integrity.

The shop I went to is not listed below, it was at 3807 Edmonton Tr. NE The service was exceptional, Daralynn at reception was so helpful and friendly as was Wayne the estimator who went above and beyond by offering suggestions about other unrelated repairs I am considering. I arrived at the shop at 0800 the morning I brought it in and by 0822 was in my rental car on the way to work! Excellent communication between the shop and Enterprise. The repairs are great, the car looks like new. The whole process was seamless. Thanks to all involved. Barb

I just left your shop on 147th street and 119 ave I had some minor work done on my truck and would just like to express my gratitude for a great job done all the way through the process. Right from walking in the door with no appointment and was helped right away by the young Kelly at the front who took some info and introduced me to the walk in appraiser (Sorry I done remember his name) but he was very helpful I told I was paying myself as it was not serious enough to put through insurance so please make as cheap as possible and he sure did. My bumper had to be replaced and some damage to the paint so when they removed the bumper they discovered some more damage and called me right away to inform me I gave my ok to go ahead with it and he had mentioned it would be about $75.00 more and that was fine with me. But when I just pick it up I ... only had to pay the original quote as Kelly said they try to stick to the quote now that is just great customer service in my opinion. In closing my truck looks like new again and it was even sparking clean (it was not when I brought it in) please thank all your staff there for the excellent experience I had dealing with Boyd auto body and I will tell everyone I know to go to Boyd auto body for any auto body needs. read more

I got my front bumper repaired at Boyd's on Feb. 22, 2011.What excellent service I received, particularly from Kevin, who was most patient and helpful. He did a wonderful job of attending to the paperwork and making things easier for me. I was very sick at the time, and had no voice, but he got everything for me in a timely manner. Thanks a bunch, Kevin.

The people at Boyd's were awesome - they got me in right away for my estimate got my repairs booked and it only took 3 days to fix my car just as they estimated. I only got one update on my vehicle and I ended up calling on the last day as i wanted to get my car and not pay for the rental over the weekend. My car was clean inside and out when i got it back and the final bill was explained to me. Overall the service was quite acceptable.
