I would like to say that I am extremley impressed with the level of professional service I recieved. After dealing with my nightmare insurance company it was nice to come to a place that was curtious to me. From the time I got a quote, to arranging my rental, calling me with updates and finally picking up my car I could not have been happier. I was really impressed that the inside of my car was cleaned and detailed so well too. A nice guesture for sure. I work closely with Boyd as a part of my job as a parts salesperson, so I know this company prides themselves on good work and a professional attitude. Thank you for making what was a crappy experience with a car accident a good outcome and making my car look as good as new. Thanks!!

Boyd Autobody and Glass came as a recommendation on the Rely list for Intact Insurance. I was quite surprised at how quickly I was able to book an appraisal for damage. Luckily it was within the hour of calling. Two weeks later I had my repari appointment and my car was repaired in one day. I was also pleasantly surprised at how detailed and clean my car was when I picked it up. They gave me a lift home when I dropped off my car. I would highly recommend Boyd to anyone in need of auto or glass repairs. The people at Boyd were fast, efficient, and professional in every respect.

Service was excellent. Everything from providing coffee, explaining work to be done, contacting me when the work was complete, and the final inspection when I picked up the car. Having a complementary inside detailing (cleaning) done was an extra bonus

I was completely blown away by the service I received when I brought in my car to Boyd’s in Douglas Glen. My car had a dent on the front driver’s side that made it impossible to open and close the door. When I first came in for an estimate, I got immediate service (without an appointment!) and they offered to fix my door so that I could at least get in and out as I shopped around for another estimate. I was not charged for this, which already sold me to this shop. The staff was amazing. They were friendly and informative and were to explain to me what I needed to do to get my car in. The appointment for my vehicle was made around when I could come in rather then when they had an opening, which made my life very easy. I was then updated every day with what was going on with my car and how long it was going to take. I was impressed with how ... quickly they were able to fix my car and get it back to me. The staff was very pleasant and professional; they booked a car rental for me and provided me with detailed information updates throughout the repairs process. The workmanship on the damaged panels was excellent. I am very pleased with my experience at Boyd Autobody and would be pleased to recommend their services to others.

The glass was all over the place in my vehicle and they have cleaned it beautifully. I mentioned a couple things I was concerned about from the glass being broken and everything was looked after to more than I could have expected. I wanted to tell you about the excellent service we have received at Boyd Autobody in Red Deer, Alberta. Our van was involved in an accident in June. This van is equipped with the VMI system as my husband is in a wheelchair and requires the ramp for transportation. From the accident, the passenger side of the van was hit which resulted in damage to the door and ramp. It was necessary to get parts out from Arizona, due to the VMI package. Once these parts came in, I dropped my van off at the Red Deer shop on July 4 and I was informed it would take approx 2 weeks to be fixed due to the extent of the damage. (We have 2 family weddings in this next 2 weeks, so I was figuring out how I was going to get my husband to these as the weddings are both out of town.) So, I picked up my rental vehicle and went on my way. On July 8 I received a call ... that my van was ready to be picked up. I couldn’t believe it…When I asked how it got completed so quickly the informed me that, because they knew my husband is in a wheelchair and they know this is his source of transportation, they gave the repairs top priority. I have to tell you this brought tears to my eyes ….your associates in the Red Deer shop truly care about people. When people with disabilities have so many other stresses in their lives, something like this makes such a huge difference. I work in an office of 33 people and they all know my story….I have recommended Boyd to everyone. I commend you for employing only the best in your company! read more

I would like t thank the staff and auto body mechanics for the great job in repairing our 2005 Toyota Matrix. From our intial appraisal to the completion of the job we were very impressed with the quality of work, the updates on the vehicles process and the timely fashion in which the job was done. My experience with Boyds Autobody in St Albert was exceptional. The people that assisted me were professional, friendly, helpful and considerate. My vehicle was fixed within a very reasonable amount of time, earlier than expected actually, and looks as if it's brand new (it was a new vehicle in October) I will definitely refer friends and family to Boyds in the future, and should I happen to need body or windshield repair, I will definitely be a returning customer. The staff were excellent, particularly Matt and the receptionist (I don't know her name)
