My truck was run over by a bulldozer in March. From my first contact with Kevin Morgan of Boyd's in St Albert, I knew I had a professional collision advisor. He did everything to make this extemely difficult situation as good as possible. My Insurance Company completely failed in their due diligence to resolve this claim. Without the tireless and professional assistance of Kevin Morgan, this claim would have lasted much much longer. As it was, it took over 9 weeks to resolve, all because of the incopetence of the insurance company. If I ever need a collision repair shop in the future, I will use your facilities and I will ask for Kevin Morgan, as I know I will be treated professionally, fairly and with integrity.

The shop I went to is not listed below, it was at 3807 Edmonton Tr. NE The service was exceptional, Daralynn at reception was so helpful and friendly as was Wayne the estimator who went above and beyond by offering suggestions about other unrelated repairs I am considering. I arrived at the shop at 0800 the morning I brought it in and by 0822 was in my rental car on the way to work! Excellent communication between the shop and Enterprise. The repairs are great, the car looks like new. The whole process was seamless. Thanks to all involved. Barb

I just left your shop on 147th street and 119 ave I had some minor work done on my truck and would just like to express my gratitude for a great job done all the way through the process. Right from walking in the door with no appointment and was helped right away by the young Kelly at the front who took some info and introduced me to the walk in appraiser (Sorry I done remember his name) but he was very helpful I told I was paying myself as it was not serious enough to put through insurance so please make as cheap as possible and he sure did. My bumper had to be replaced and some damage to the paint so when they removed the bumper they discovered some more damage and called me right away to inform me I gave my ok to go ahead with it and he had mentioned it would be about $75.00 more and that was fine with me. But when I just pick it up I ... only had to pay the original quote as Kelly said they try to stick to the quote now that is just great customer service in my opinion. In closing my truck looks like new again and it was even sparking clean (it was not when I brought it in) please thank all your staff there for the excellent experience I had dealing with Boyd auto body and I will tell everyone I know to go to Boyd auto body for any auto body needs. read more

I got my front bumper repaired at Boyd's on Feb. 22, 2011.What excellent service I received, particularly from Kevin, who was most patient and helpful. He did a wonderful job of attending to the paperwork and making things easier for me. I was very sick at the time, and had no voice, but he got everything for me in a timely manner. Thanks a bunch, Kevin.

The people at Boyd's were awesome - they got me in right away for my estimate got my repairs booked and it only took 3 days to fix my car just as they estimated. I only got one update on my vehicle and I ended up calling on the last day as i wanted to get my car and not pay for the rental over the weekend. My car was clean inside and out when i got it back and the final bill was explained to me. Overall the service was quite acceptable.

My wife recently suffered an attack from a poor winter driver, and the rear bumper of her car took the brunt of it!!! Having dealt with Boyd in the past I did not hesitate to bring her car in for repairs. The workmanship was fantastic, and we decided to get some private work done on other parts of the car. Not only did Boyd deliver as promised, but the manager, Terry, took it upon himself to buff out some scuffs on the hood, free of charge!!! Now granted this only took 20 minutes, but how many businesses give you this kind of value added service. Good work Boyd!! And thank-you Terry, should I need a body shop again you will be first on my list.

Just wanted to let you know what a great organization you are involved with. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident. Fortunately, Boyd auto body in Sherwood Park was one of the shops I got an estimate at. After getting 2 damage estimates, I walked into Boyds for my third. I was first met by Danielle Toffoli. Asked me to help myself to coffee, have a seat and someone would be available to help me shortly. While I waited Danielle took care of other customers, answered the phone & conversed with the estimators. all with professionalism a sense of humor and a smile. Next I met with Marcin Nowak. A hand shake, information on the accident then outside to look at the damage. Marcin had me drive the vehicle inside where he washed the damaged areas.He examined the damage in detail, took pictures & went thru each of the damaged areas ... with me. We then went back inside to write up the estimate & Marcin explained in detail the repair that would be required. Other shops I had visited gave the car a quick once over outside and a quick written estimate inside. Didn't even know who my estimator was. Once I got the go ahead from the insurance company, I went right back to Marcin to book for repairs. From there he and Danielle took over. Everything was taken care of. Marcin got hold of the insurance company & Danielle booked the rental. I was in good hands. On my return to pick up my vehicle, I was again greeted with a smile from Danielle and a hand shake from Marcin. The repair on the car was excellent. Never looked like it was in an accident. The car had been completely cleaned and with a thorough inspection, I was on my way. Both Danielle and Marcin demonstrate the importance of making the customer #1. Should I ever need to have body work done I will only deal with Boyd auto repair. Boyd will also be the company I recommend to friends in need of body work.
