I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the professional and wonderful service I received from Ashley Dacosta each time I called into Boyd\'s. From the first time I spoke with her on the phone, she was courteous, professional, upbeat, and very personable. Ashley was always willing to find an answer to my questions. Based upon my dealings with Ashley, I would recommend my friends and co-workers to that specific Boyd\'s location. I also had the chance to speak with Lila Roth, the office manager. She took the time out of her day (at the end of the day on a Friday) to sit and speak with me in the waiting area while my car was being cleaned. Lila was empathetic, and it was a nice feeling to know that somebody was there to listen to my concerns. The staff at Boyd\'s were very accommodating, and helpful.
