Robin S. took such good care of me. I felt like he was family in the way that he understood my needs, made arrangements to get me a rental car, and worked within my schedule to make the repairs happen in a timely manner. He was always flexible, patient and understanding to my needs as his client. It was a wonderful experience and I would take my car back any day to have Robin take care of me and my vehicle.

I bought a Groupon for headlight restoration and carwash from Boyd Autobody and availed of the coupon in the Richmond location. The good customer service started from the moment Samantha answered the phone. She very kindly offered to throw in a complimently interior shampoo even though that was not included in the package. The reception area at Boyd's is very accomodating and welcoming with free coffee, magazines and TV. Most of the friendliness of the staff, Samantha, Joseph and the people who work there goes a long way in making a customer like me, who has never used Boyd before want to come back.
