I was very impressed with their service and the quality of work. They were very good at keeping us updated throughout the repairs and even though it took a long time (fault of manufacturer not Boyd), it was worth the wait. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Boyd Autobody @ 73rd Avenue 3 or 4 times over the years with 2 different vehicles. I have found not only is the work terrific, but timely as well. Robin and Rose make sure that the time to fix my vehicle is convenient for me and always provide a courtesy car if needed. I am very lucky that such a great service for auto repair is in my area and I don't have to go too far. They do a great job. That's why I come back.

I love these guys at Boyd. It's always a negative situation brining your car in for repairs but somehow they seem to make it fun and easy. I would recommend this location to anybody. In fact, when this incident happened, our lease provider scheduled an appointment with a Boyd in Richmond and I was adamant that I go to this specifc Boyd because of the way they've treated me in the past. Robin is excellent and always goes above and bey0ond.

Joseph and Paoulo were a case study in great customer service! After I raised some concern over the alignment of my bumper, Paoulo quickly arranged for a rental car. Then he and one of his team members stayed late that night to fix the problem. For the delay and my trouble, he had the car detailed at no charge. Well done!

Wow what a great job! I have to say that after suffering trauma and a disturbed week it was so nice to drive away in my car with not a sign of any damage. The other thing that made my day was the complimentary cleaning. It was spotless.....they did not have to do that but they did. Made me very happy! :)

Service was great! I walked into the shop and Paolo, Joseph and Samantha approached me with professionalism and they checked my rock chip damage and they gave me a realistic success rate for a reasonable price. On top of that, it only lasted for about 10 mins and everything was done! Overall, it was a great experience!

Both gentlemen i dealt with while dropppin off and picking up my vehicle were pleasant and friendly. I used a Groupon for headlight restor and the work that was done was fantastic, I would recommend Boyds to others. I love service with a smile.

I would have thought having to deal with taking in my car after being hit in a parking lot (no fault of my own) was going to be a pain! But the staff at Boyd made it so that it wasn't an issue at all. "No need for an appointment to get an estimate, just come in" they said. "Just drop it off on Monday when it's convenient for you and we'll get you on your way in 20 minutes" they said. "We'll call you when your car is ready to go, expect it to be 4-5 days" they said. Everything they said and commited to was true. And do I ever appreciate that, being a full time working mom with 2 kids in tow for each of my visits to the shop. Thank you Boyd!! (not to mention my car looks great!)
