The whole staff are great, and friendly! I'm very happy and satisfied with the awesome job they did on my car. Not just with the damage they fixed, but they washed and vacuumed it! Neil told me they were going to make it all nice and pretty, and they did!! "GREAT JOB" Thanks Again.

Waking up to a smashed window and ransacked car isn't fun. Dealing with thoughtful, kind person makes all the difference though in a bad situation. Samantha Tan was just that person. Every call I had with her was professional and courteous. She offered options for replacing the window and gave great detail of what was involved. My favorite service was coming to get my window taped and the glass vacuumed while waiting for my glass to arrive the next day. Then when I finally picked up my car two other employees had washed and cleaned it...it was sparkling! What a wonderful treat! Samantha's service though was exceptional. She showed me the second-hand glass before it was installed and personally reassured me that she checked the window once it was installed to make sure it opened and closed properly. Had my vehicle in for a windshield repair. Service was quick and painless from start to finish. Not only did they complete the repair the same day, they also polished out some surface scratches unrelated to my claim. Many thanks to all the staff and will definitely be back in the future!

My service was terrific. The manager kept in contact with me, giving me updates as necessary. Also, the shop did an excellent job matching the paint on my vehicle. I understand red is a difficult colour to work with, and more so after years of exposure to the elements. Great job!

Fantastic service. Professional and friendly staff. Paintwork is among the best I have seen. I would highly recommend them and have to many friends and family members. Hate to say I'll be back but if I need to I certainly will.

I am really pleased with the work you did on my car - absolutely outstanding - it looks like I just drove it off the car lot! The customer service was above and beyond. You changed the experience of having something upsetting happen to you to a no worries, stress free experience. I advertise verbally to all who have asked about the repairs on my car since the accident. Well done!

From the moment i walked in the door, the staff at Boyd in Surrey on King George was amazing. I had a small issue, and before i knew it i was ready to go on my way with my minor issue resolved. This wasn't my first visit to this particular location....but theres a reason i always chose them as my preferred body shop.....i bend em, they mend em.

Dallas and Jimmy gave absolutly outstanding customer service. Very nice atmosphere, they were ready to answer any questions that I had. I would most definetly recommend Boyd Autobody repair anyone who needs any sort collision repair done on their car.

My experience at Boyd was very friendly. efficient, and the type of service that sets the bar.Staff are eager to help and answer questions the moment you walk in the door. I came in for a wind shield replacement and was greeted by Rose, who worked with my schedule and had my vehicle ready exactly when she said it would be, washed and vacuumed. Several months earlier I visited the same location to ask about having a different chip fixed on the same wind shield. After an inspection I was told they could try, but due to thy type of chip, advised against it. I was thankful for the money I had saved and the honest answer received. I would return here and recommend this location to anyone.
